If you have kids, you're probably already very familiar with Gymboree. The brand features really adorable clothing for children at reasonable prices. The store on Beverly Dr. really represents Gymboree well. The store is clean and nicely laid out. It makes browsing a pleasure. The staff are friendly and helpful, very sweet to the children who are invariably tagging along after mom, and can tell you all about the lines they carry. Oh, and free parking (for two hours) just across the street makes coming here very convenient.
I popped in here yesterday to take advantage of the big sale they have going on currently. They do this several times a year-- just about everything in the store is either $10 or $20. If you get on their mailing list, they'll send you a coupon in the mail for an additional 20% off. It's a great deal and a good way to stock up on kiddie clothes.
Whether you're shopping for your kid or for a gift for someone else, Gymboree is pretty awesome.
