Trendy and cute clothes, but the prices are outrageous!!! Looking at the price tags make me feel poor. However, the atmosphere is pretty cool. There was a DJ today mixing music for the Black Friday bonanza.

it's no doubt that the merchandise here is unbelievably trendy and desirable. the prices aren't bad and are expected due to the label. however, the customer service here is absolutely horrible!

i used to work at valley fair and was in and out of this store practically every few days. each time i found upon entering and exiting i was never greeted or acknowledged. several times i've asked for assistance with a product or locating one they did not have, i was treated as if i were some sort of burden. sometimes even ignored or forgotten about! other times i seemed to be just be stared at by the self absorbed sales associates who are convinced their job description solely consist of standing around looking pretty all day or gazing in the mirror. the vibe i got from this place was a little bit more than i could stand. after four years of customer experience there is no way in hell i will ever contribute to the paycheck of these employees.

i'll be back here periodically to check out new merchandise in which i'll probably order online or at another location. but until the service here changes i won't be purchasing a dime!

I do like Guess....but what I love more is Guess stores that have Marciano clothes as well. Marciano is my absolute favorite brand. Yes, their clothes are pricey...but my God! If you need to make an entrance, put on a pair of high heels from Bebe or Charles David and a dress from Marciano and you will do great...Everyone will look at you and you will feel like the start of the show. I have a picture in my profile on this site in a black and white Marciano dress...which I love and always generates compliments. Marciano totally rocks! Marciano, Bebe and Arden B are my absolute favorite places to shop when it comes to sexy attires for everything...going out...going to work...or for just a walk in a park...Gorgeous stuff!

I like this store but dude...can they take FOREVER to get you your size or what?! If its not there, its not there. Tell me its not there so I can get up and pick out something else to try on. Don't keep me waiting naked in my dressing room... WAITING for some clothes and shoes! Geeze!

Hmmm.. I remember when Guess jeans used to be really popular! Then I don't know what happened .. but I still think they make wonderful clothes and have stepped it up a notch.

The MARCIANO brand is fabulous for eye catching going out tops. They have great bright colors. Nice dresses. This brand can get pricey however .. it's best to buy it on clearance/sale because with an item so bright or bold and pretty .. it's hard to make much use out of it. My friend bought me one of their aqua halter tops with the back showing and gold chains. I love it! It was $138 or something like that. But got marked down to around $40 bucks. However, these deals are hard to find. You just have to be at the right place at the right time! And the right size too!

Their denim collection is my favorite. Daredevil cut is great for smaller inseam and it shows off your butt nicely. I still prefer these over Sevens. The Marciano denim collection is nice too.

They have cute accessories and jewelry. Shoes (which you can find cheaper at Macy's..). Watches. Wallets. Swimwear.

The fitting rooms do get busy and there's only 4 of them...but at least the girls are good with customer service and bring you everything you ask for.

I remember the height of the Guess trend: late-80s and early-90s.  People, I'm bringing it back!  The last few years, I've been shopping here, they really have chic, body-conscious, hot stuff!  I'm impressed with the quality of materials, great details, clean lines, and eye-catching colors!  Guess is great for casual day wear.  What I LOVE is their pricier Marciano line, great dresses and tops for my trips to Vegas.  Both labels carry wonderful denim, I am partial to the premium lines, great fit and it's a nice alternative to the standard designer denim that everyone else is wearing.

This is the number one Guess store on the West Coast.  I prefer the one in SF more, but when I spoke with the District Manager, he assured me that his store at Valley Fair Mall was his highest volume store in his district.  This has become my favorite place to shop.  I've even turned my best friend onto the clothes here.  We don't pay full price most of the time, but sometimes you have to have that pair of jeans or that really hip shirt.  The service here is incredible.  I thought employees worked on commission the way I was approached with help.  But they aren't.  Definitely a must if you ever visit Valley Fair.
