An excellent chai with Mac nut milk. Prices are NY but less than Starbucks (~$7 for the large chai). I think their chai mix is more "home made" (for a chain) than other places.

I really enjoyed that cup! The barista was a nice guy and the ambiance is relaxing. This location is small but two other locations are close by. And they're bigger.

My poor rating is simply based on the fact that the woman with curly hair behind the counter is rude and aggressive. She was mean to the staff infront on all the customers.
She was also rude to me. I didn't know there was no milk in the sugar area so I asked her for some. She slammed the milk infront of me giving me a dirty look.
I can't stand behavior like this and will not go back in there based on this women's disgusting behavior.

The ambiance at the location was such a cute place to stop by and it gave off such a nice coffee store.

The cold brew was so bitter and didn't like how it was brewed but would stop by again to see the other coffee they have.

Nice grungy coffee spot with lots of character and unique offerings! Got their banana bread ($4.5) which was stuffed with Nutella. One bite in and my mind was blown - the Nutella complemented the banana-y flavor so well! I didn't try their drinks but they had lots of options in the $5-6 range. They were blasting rock music, and had comfy looking couches. A nice place to meet up with friends or get some light work done near Grand Central!

Hands down one of my favorite coffee shops in the city. It's always a must do at least once (usually twice each trip). Excellent coffees and pastries. I've been visiting since 2019 and the lattes and cold brew are always consistent and the staff is always friendly.

It can get busy, especially the back room which is filled with books and comfortable seating, but you can usually snag a seat somewhere. Service is always very quick.

Definitely stop in, I know I'll be back on my next trip.

P-E-R-F-E-C-T spot to cozy up with a warm drink and a book or laptop. The front area houses the front counter, food prep area, and a small seating area with tables. The back... oh my gosh. There are BOOKS that you are completely free to pick out to read, COUCHES for snuggling up next to a special someone (or a tablet, in my case), and sleepy lighting for a beautifully chill atmosphere. It's not an enormous area back there (a couch, a loveseat, four soft chairs, and like six futons), but it's certainly bigger than the front and there's plenty of space to move the seating around if you have a little group with you.

The drinks and pastries are definitely prepared with care and you can absolutely taste it. I live for the salted chocolate chip cookies and herbal teas. They also have a small station where you can add any extras in terms of salt or creamer if you like your drinks prepared differently. There are more than enough options and all of them can be highly recommended. Sure hope to see you there! You can definitely count on me stopping in anytime I visit the city!

Great atmosphere! I came with a friend but I saw a lot of people coming for dates. Also saw a group of young people studying on their laptops. The inside looks spacious enough and there are comfy couches in the back. Would highly recommend!

Cozy study spot with solid drinks! Came by to get some work done one afternoon, and sat on one of the couches in the library in the back. It is pretty dark in there, so if you're doing something where you need to see, probably not the best spot.

I ordered the lavender matcha latte. It was only slightly sweet, just how I like it, and the lavender flavor was subtle and not too overwhelming. The matcha was smooth, could've been a bit stronger for my taste.

Came here to get a little bit of work done. It was a great experience.

I ordered an iced vanilla lavender latte, which was good. The syrup wasn't mixed very well, so the bottom portion tasted a lot sweeter than the top. I would recommend stirring it thoroughly.

The ambience inside was wonderful. There was ample seating and even a back seating section with couches. I was able to sit at the large table in the front and get some work done.

I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Rude and loud staff. Not a welcoming environment. I am not a fan of aggressive yelling at customers. I will not return
