I had heard great things about the Groomery so I booked my boy an appointment and was told to drop him off between 9-11 am.  I thought that odd, but I went right at 9am.  I was told to call around 4pm to see when he would be done.  I found this to be outrageous.  He sat in a crate all day waiting to be groomed.  He was not ready until 6pm.  And they did not even trim his nails... I was not impressed.  I am not sure what I paid for but I will not be fooled again.
