We have been in our new home for a little over a month, and my husband just said for the hundredth time, "I love living here."
We worked with Greg for nearly a year. When we were first researching purchasing our first home in the Boston area, we came out on a scouting mission and met Greg based on Yelp reviews. We were coming from 3000 miles away and from the first meeting, we felt like we had found the right resource for us. Greg works with a lot of first-time buyers and let us know that he would help lead us through the process, he was personable and I immediately felt like not only was he knowledgeable, but he was a guy we would like to "hang out" with and ride out the search for our home with.
Greg always responded to any questions immediately. He kept his energy for our search up even when it took months and months. He helped us to refocus when weeks of trips to Open Houses on our own had left us feeling lost and depressed about ever finding a home. He endured a day of showings with me and my mom when my husband wasn't available to attend--no small task! He introduced us to new neighborhoods and added perspective on possibilities for homes when we couldn't see them. He made great suggestions on visualizing remodels that we could do without making every home feel like a construction project. Through it all, he kept us smiling and we felt like he really wanted us to find a great home.
When we found the right condo, Greg worked quickly and seamlessly to get our offer completed and accepted. We were amazed how quickly things came together. He helped us to set up the Inspection and lawyer and worked to make sure the process was easy and comfortable for us. When we brought in our own mortgage person, he rolled with it and added her to his team. When we moved in, Greg worked on a "Watertown Restaurants Guide" so we knew all the great places to try.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Greg to anyone. He was responsive, really listened to our needs, and we always felt like he was committed to help us get in our first home.

I have been selling real estate since early 2004. I obtained my Broker's Lisence several years later as well as an ABR Designation (Accredited Buyers Representative). I also hold certificates in Zoning, Building Codes, Residential New Construction, and Title V. Since joining RE/MAX in 2007 I have been awarded by my office the The Outstanding Creative Marketing Award and have been ranked 15th in sales production out of 3000 RE/MAX agents in all of New England, and 11th in Massachusetts for Q1 2011.
