Review from Julia G.
Laguna Beach, CA
I lived in a lot of diferent places and this is hands down the best nail salon out there. Don't expect the sweetest chicest decor but do expect the sweetest nails you have ever seen! the customer service is great. very down to earth and homey good comfortable vibe thing going on like your going over to your cousin's house. the shape of my nails and how long the pedi mani lasted was unreal! seriously this place is the bomb! yes and the owner is a sweety pie! he is super real and cool.

Wow, what a difference a month makes. I have to agree with Jenny; I'm really disappointed in this place. I went in this afternoon to get my nails done and since they were busy, was told to come back ten minutes later. So I went down to The Stand and grabbed a bite and returned twenty minutes later. Despite there being two empty chairs, the same guy asks me to come back in 15-20 minutes, as if he hadn't just told me that less than a half an hour before. I literally turned and walked out without a word because there is no point in arguing with people who don't know how to treat their customers. Guess the search for a halfway decent nail salon in God-forsaken Laguna continues...

Review from Jenny I.

I've been in Laguna for a month and half now, and desperately needed a mani/pedi. After seeing the sign for mani/pedi for $28, I went in. The only good things about it was that you could see the ocean in the distance and that Bob Marley was playing. After my pedicure, the manicurist started to paint my nails with the wrong color. Then, I had to wait while she talked on her phone for 25 minutes until she put the top coat on my nails. After that, I had to ask her to put polish on the spots she missed (along the sides) and get the paint off of my skin (which was all over my toes and fingers). She laughed and said "Oh I'm so lazy and sloppy, just don't tell my boss!" I was pretty disgusted. I could have done a better job myself. After getting my nails done, I had to come home and touch it up. It's better to go down to Broadway and go to Bella Nails. More expensive, but at least you won't have to do your nails after getting them done.
