After a horrible experience with Airport Express, I decided to try these guys... I had a long trip and didn't want to rack up a huge parking bill at DIA. Wow, hard to believe two shuttle companies can be so different, but they are! Here's what I liked
-- Door-to-door service: $35 each way. Can't beat that!
-- Smaller vans, so pickup up other door-to-door people is fast
-- Super friendly! Driver gets conversation going in the van, the hour or so passes by quick
-- Dependable -- in the 3 times I've used them, I've had an email confirmation, someone called the night before to confirm, and they are there right when they say they will be there.
Hard to get excited about a shuttle service, but these guys really do an outstanding job. -

What - no door to door?!!!
I was going to try the service based on the great reviews, but it turns out they only leave from one place?!!! Fort Collins Transportation Center.
The excuse I got was that it had become too expensive or unprofitable for them to run door to door shuttles. Ummm... ever thought of raising prices to make it more of a premium service?!!! No, they just cancel all door to door service outright.
Now everyone from North Fort Collins through Loveland and Windsor are stuck with SuperShuttle who are the only ones who will go door to door (at least in 2011).
And if you're in Loveland or Windsor, do you think they'd pull into a Park-and-Ride lot or a nearby hotel for a brief stop to pick up Loveland/Windsor folks? Nope they drive right by this area even though it would be like a 5 minute stop right off I-25 on the way to DEN.
Of course it's their right to grossly restrict service, they could have made some concessions to this expansive area. -

Took the greenride out two weeks ago and had fantastic tips on local music scene and art/music from the driver and met another passenger giving me great career tips that was also tapped into the local music scene. Felt like I was at a great cocktail party...

I'm a small-business owner that frequently travels. I appreciate having a local option for transportation to the airport. Up until a recent incident, I was a big fan of this company, often touting their services to my business colleagues and friends. Now, not so much.
They left without me one morning. I was flying to Puerto Rico with two flight connnections on the way. Not a good time for missing my very first connection out of town. Fortunately, the other shuttle service had room for me but wasn't immediately leaving. I made my connection, barely, but there was a lot of interim worrying while I considered how I might need to reorganize my day.
When I sent a thoughtful note to the company explaining what had happened, I asked for compensation for my return ride as a gesture of appeasement. A small request, I thought, from one small business owner to another. Instead, all I received was an apology.
I'm still in disbelief that a fledgling company would have such a poor grasp of customer service for the retention of loyal customers, particularly frequent business travelers. I will continue to use them, but only as long as their rates stay below the other company. -

Now that Shamrock closed down, my company set us up for Green Ride to get us from Denver's airport to Fort Collins. For three of us it was only $70 each way. Plus, it was curb to curb and took only about 45min to an hour. It used to take 2 hours on shamrock. And, our driver was so personable. Excellent transportation option for those looking to get from Denver to Fort Collins or CSU from a company with an eye for the environment. Go Green!!!
