I just had to have my ankle reconstructed (so, if you see me hobbling around DC, you know why). Not happy with any doctors I have found in DC, I went to Union Memorial up in Baltimore, which is paired with Greater Chesapeake Orthopedic Associates, to see Dr. Gregory Guyton, a foot/ankle specialist. He was amazingly straight-forward with me, and I trusted his opinion, which from me, is saying a LOT. He is an expert in chronic ankle instability (too many sprains - the ankle never tightens back up) and explained my options to me. I opted for surgery, and his staff were amazing that day - very organized, very professional and incredibly nice. I have been very happy with the whole experience, although I am ready to be off of crutches!
