Great Wall Restaurant

If I could leave 0 stars I would 100% and I've never left a review for anywhere in my life. My friends and I always get together for Monday night football, we ordered food over the phone for delivery and said we'd pay cash when it was delivered. They called back and tried confirming the order and when read back was completely wrong. They first asked how many people we ordered for and we said "4" they than said it wasn't enough food which is very weird, I've never had any restaurant ask how many people I was feeding. The woman on the phone accused us about joking about the order and threatened to call the cops on us meanwhile my friend has an outstanding history with them and they repeated back her old address which was delivered to multiple times. We're in our 30's. I've never ever been treated like this and I've worked in the restaurant industry my entire life. This establishment is a complete and utter joke. We cancelled the whole order and will never give them business again. Horrible people and horrible run business. Save your time and order from somewhere else. There's too many issues in this world right now to be giving shitty people our well earned money!!

Food is always fresh ingredients and delicious. We order a little of everything and it's always made from scratch and flavored with quality ingredients. Definitely recommend!

Quick, cheap, and great! Great Wall always has fast deliveries and consistently includes all items of the order. Crab rangoon, general tso's, and sweet & sour pork are the family favorites. Definitely recommend!

I have been ordering from Great Wall since moving back to Rocky Point and I love it! They have an online ordering system which is my favorite because you can write in exactly what you want and you are able to see the menu in full at the same time.

My husband and I always get the General Tso's chicken with lo mein and cheese wontons and it is always delicious. The food always get there within a half hour (and we live on the Shoreham border of RP), and it is always still hot when it arrives. I have never been disappointed and it is our go-to when ordering Chinese food at home.

Since the new owners came in , the food has got much better . During this Pandemic, with take out is a unfortunate common option over other things . The staff have hand sanitizers and the food nicely prepared. Not the top Chinese food out there, but very good food and service for a local Restaurant. I can honestly see more quality chicken and other menu items now then the previous owners.

All the Chinese food I've had here is delicious especially their special noodle soups. I didn't realize until recently their online option to order and it's very quick and easy. They always have my order ready on time.

It's good Chinese food. I don't know if people are expecting some Michelin rated chef or something and that's why they're giving bad reviews or what.

Their delivery isn't super fast but I've never waited more than 20 minutes and my food is always hot.

The scallion pancakes are a bit greasy but they're flakey and seasoned well. Their soups are good. Their hot and sour soup is the best I've had. All their other food is really what you'd expect from a good Chinese place. I don't think there's too much breading or vegetables in anything.

New owners. I'm something of a Chinese food gourmet. I've taken some Chinese cooking classes and done my own cooking. I liked the previous owners and I wish them well. The new owners have updated and added their own menu and it has a lot more verity. I haven't had much Thai food, so the first thing I tried was their Thai Cashew Chicken and I had it with the combination plate. Everything was very good. Often from a Chinese restaurant the egg roll is almost inedible, this was very good and not oily at all. I've gone back a second time and they also make a very good Young Chow fried rice. The have an extensive list of noodle dishes on their menu, I'll try that next. One plus for me, it takes less than five minutes for me to walk there! They are also very friendly and pleasant. Get a menu and look it over, this is a special place.

This is our fav chines place in town. It's under new ownership and the food is amazing along side of reasonable prices. Recommendations are the ribs boneless or on the bone, the wonton soup , egg roll, scallion pancakes, dumplings shrimp or pork. We have definitely become regulars here and we will continue to do so.
