Overview:
A perfectly adequate chinese buffet
Food:
The spread is reasonably varied, although the seafood choices can be a bit iffy. However, if it's on a stick, it's probably good stuff. The beef with broccoli is especially nice.
Ambiance:
Pretty clean overall, with quite a few tables. However, the group of waiters/busboys cleaning beans at a side table near the entrance does detract from things. I would say take this place as a quick bite if you are starving. Good for families though.
Service:
Hmmm.....what service? It's a buffet, so the service is relegated to taking your plates away. Awesomesauce. -

For a buffet it was Good! It was large, with many non-Chinese food options for the Chinese-food phobic patrons.
Let's explore one of these shall we?
As a weak nod to the local Texan population, the management decides that Ribs might be a nice addition.
OK: but to put nearly bone-white (clearly boiled with meat and bone was white as Casper) ribs in a pile on a heating tray with BBQ sauce (the color of the Yelp banner) not-completely drizzled over them did not go over well here. I don't think I saw one piece taken while it was out for about 45 minutes. It was fairly ghastly to look at: rib bones with some meat covered by a bloody-looking BBQ sauce. Like totally EWW.
Otherwise, the veggies were not overdone, the chicken wings and drummettes are meaty and great, the other dishes I tried was above the average Chinese buffet that I would normally rate maybe two stars.
