Great Sunsations is fantastic! Had the spray tan a couple of years ago and now use the tanning beds. They keep everything sparkling clean. Larry and Sue are the best. Highly recommend this business!

I have been seeing Sue for my spray tans regularly for over a year. The attention to detail is nothing short of spectacular! I spray every two weeks for at least six months out of the year. The formula is premium! nothing like mystic or any other cheap knock off that makes you look orange. The look is natural, odorless and unlike some of the other places spraying, your color is totally customized! Sue takes her time in determining a balance between what you want and what goes best with your natural undertones.
I have a Skin Business locally and tanning beds are forbidden in my line of work, so spray tanning is the answer to that call for the "healthy" bronze look that everybody loves! OK awesome tanning! Had the spray tan done for New Years Eve. Very Nice, i was affraid it would look too orange, not the case at all. Very subtle and natural looking.
Also if you are looking for Brazilian Waxing Mary is the best I have evr been too. She is fast and painless. Yes, I did say it, painless!!! she talks to ou the whole time and before you know it, youre done!!!! And you will love it, so clean in her shop!!! -

Best tanning and bikini place in Sonoma County by far. This place is super nice and clean and the staff and owners are so friendly. The beds are good and actually get you tan (unlike half the places in Sonoma County with old beds that just mess up your skin). Sue also does amazing spray tans. She is great at matching your skin tone and making your tan look real. They also have super cute, good quality, affordable bikinis, I love all of them! Go check it out, you will love it.

I got my first spray tan by the owner here. She was really friendly, is experienced with spray tans, and offered touch ups if needed the next day. The tan came out great and did not need any touch ups. The store is kept clean and tidy. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because of parking. Parking is not the greatest here, I had to go across the street to park in the parking garage and pay 75 cents.

Last summer I went into this place because of the great reviews here and they did not disappoint! My sister and I decided to get spray tans because we didn't have enough time to develop a good one in the beds and Sue gave us great advice. The tan looked pretty awesome. I was warned that the sunburn I had would probably make it look like I had a disease as it peeled off and that's exactly what happened... but where I didn't have a sunburn I looked fantastic.

I started going here at 16 (back when you didn't need parents permission if you were under 18 to tan) and continued to go for years. I don't live in Santa Rosa anymore but if I did I would come here for sure. The old owners were great, I think it may have changed hands in the last few years, but they have also been remodeled a couple times and upgraded beds and stuff. Usually they have some cute swimwear too.

If you want a perfect spray tan, from someone who cares about the tan looking natural and even, don't go anywhere but to SUE at GREAT SUNSATIONS! I hadn't gotten a spray tan for many years and was a little leery I had read all of Sue's great reviews and decided to give it a try before a big event I was attending. The reviews are every bit true. Sue is awesome and just so sweet! The tan was the perfect color and lasted more than a week. Actually, this is the 11th day and I still have a bit of it left and it is actually fading nicely.

Very professional, extremely nice people, beds are clean as can be, great prices, especially if you stick around a while- they will throw you a few free tans when your "re-up" for more sessions. But (I think) that's if you get to know them by being a loyal customer- which is not hard to do: Though I don't go more than once a week, sometimes every other week, and yet I am always treated like family/friend.
Also, it's not a NOISY place, like some salons can be. -

Best Tanning Solan- If there is a new product they have it. They have top of the line beds, great deals. Customer service is outstanding, they always remember me and are more then accomdating. Sue has a great selection of bikinis and dresses at amazing prices! I wouldnt go anywhere else. I have been a huge fan of this place sense highschool- almost 8 years now! I think I pay about 50$ a month and get unlimited tanning in the highest v bed. 12 minutes and Im golden. Eveytime. LOVE IT!!

Sue is the best in the biz! Fabulous beds, guarateed perfection on all airbrushes, and wonderful swimsuit selections! By far the BEST ever! The customer service is over and beyond anything ever experienced, hated to move away, but will always drop in when visiting California!! I'd rate this place at 20 Stars!!

I really needed a tan for my wedding. . . I was pale as could be. I had never had a spray tan before, and I was nervous that it could end up looking fake or streaky. But, after reading Yelp reviews for Great Sunsations and giving them a call to discuss what to expect, I decided to give it a shot. Sue put my fears to rest and gave me a gorgeous, natural glow. Everyone (especially my husband to be!) commented on how great it looked. I highly recommend Great Sunsations!

I move around quite a bit (every 2 years) and I have tanned in alot of different salons. The beds here have gotten me darker then any other before and I can not use any lotion because of breakout issues. The cutest bikinis and dresses too. I love this place, I will miss it when I leave.

I've had Sue do two spray tans for me now, to go to two of my friends' weddings this year, and each one has been awesome! Initially, I was afraid of looking orange if I got a spray tan, but after reading the other Yelp reviews I decided to give it a try, and it came out looking fantastic. The best part is when people say that my hair looks really good, because they can't figure out why I look different (in a good way). Thats how natural it is - the perfect amount of healthy-looking glow. Because Sue does it by hand, the tan comes out looking really even, and she's always willing to have you come back the next day if you accidentally smudge it and need touching up. I haven't had to go back yet! I live in SF, and her price is excellent for the quality spray tan that she gives. Definitely worth the drive!

Great Sunsations not only does a fabulous job with airbrush tanning, but the customer service and individual attention of each client is superior! My daughter went to a different airbrush tanning business that was offering such a cheap price we couldn't pass it up, but we learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. It was the day before her prom and several hours after she had been sprayed, we realized it was terribly blotchy. The place we had gone to was not available to correct it. We remembered Sue at Great Sunsations and gave her a call of desperation. She squeezed my daughter in, in between her packed schedule of prom airbrush clients and saved the day!!! She was amazingly caring and supportive of my worried daughter...scrubbed the bad/blotchy tan off and then carefully custom-airbrushed the affected area to match the rest of her body. The results were amazingly perfect and her tan looked perfect in her prom dress. As a picky consumer, I highly recommend the upscale, professional and attentive approach to detail that Great Sunsations provides!
