They did a great job on my teeth and gums. They are so much better. I will be getting Invisalign done there soon as well, and I am confident that Dr.Kahn will do an amazing job.
This dentist goes above and beyond to help you out. He has an amazing heart. It's been truly a blessing to find his office.

They helped my husband with his fear of dentists. They offer gas to help ease your nerves. Plus they are very patient and kind.
Every person that works there is very friendly. From the receptionist to the dentist himself.
They did a great job, and have great prices!

Dr. Khan and his long time experienced staff are the best. Cheerful and kind! Worked me in for a dental emergency without a long wait and of course, did an amazing job. Been a patient for over 15 years and have never been disappointed and always well cared for.

We have been going to Dr. Khan for over 5 years. He continues to have a lot of the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The receptionist is always pleasant. The dental assistants always have a smile on their faces. The hygienist are kind, gentle and keep the kids happy while in the chair. Dr. Khan always comes in with a big smile and a firm handshake! He always asks about the family and the kids' school and sports. His team always makes us feel important! And the best part of his office...he has a Michigan room! #GoBlue

Sue T.Toledo, OH049Oct 28, 2015The ladies at the front desk are amazing and super sweet. I stopped visiting because every time I went there, they had a different hygienists. Some were okay but some were not good at all. Turns out none of them really work there, they are all temps that rotate between dentist offices - perhaps some people don't care but I do. I had heard before that this office tells patients they have dental issues when they really don't- but I was skeptical if that was true.
Until Dr. Kahn had diagnosed me with two cavities that he said I would need to have taken care of. I went to 2 (not one) but 2 other dentist for a 2nd opinion and neither of them mentioned anything about a cavity.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Dr. Kahn. I see you posted a reply on my review. And no doubts, it was your office and it was you and your team how said I had to pay you $1600 before any work could be done. $1600 that dental insurance doesn't cover. You try to make people believe that it wasn't your office and that I must have had the wrong Office or made some sort of mistake. Hope people see that this is not the case.
No, I wasn't a patient of yours except for that one visit. Your "financial team" tried to set up a payment plan through a 3rd party creditor to get your money. Our system at the office goes back 15 years and we cannot find your name as a patient of record. Our hygienists, Lisa and Darlene, have been at our office for the past 30 years serving the same quality of dental care as when we first opened our doors. Thank you so much.Sep 4, 2018Previous reviewI went to Great smiles in summer of 2017. It had been a while since I had been to dentist. I knew I had a few cavities but what I heard from Dr, Kahn was unreal. I had dental ins but he told me I needed above and beyond care, this antibiotic stuff shoved under gums. $$1600 out of pocket!! He said he would not do any work unless this was done first. All I wanted was a few cavities filled and Cleaning. He wouldn't do it unless I had the $1600procedure done first.
So I had sticker shock, thinking all dentist would say the same. Then, close to a year later I tried again, going to Dr. McGowan. He didn't see what Kahn seen. Had a few visits now, cavities all fixed. My gums after the cleaning are sealing back to my teeth. They said they look great and they do!!! NO OUT OF POCKET COST AT ALL!!!!
Beware of this dentist as they try to sell you things you don't need and it is usually the out of pocket items that insurance won't cover so it won't throw your insurance company a red flag!!
That is probably why they can't keep hygienists. Takes a certain type of person to go along with someone praying on people's bank accounts for their own financial gains......

Both times we were harassed by it's employees to buy different procedures, invisible braces, teeth whitening packages and God knows what else... Besides insisting on unnecessary procedures, quality of the materials they use are far from desirable ... My husband's permanent crown crashed in his mouth during the first visit. I called Monday and requested my papers to be sent to my home address,well... Only after 3 more calls they were finally put in the mail on Friday!!!

Dr. Kahn and the hygienists are always doing their best to make sure each experience is nothing but the best! If you are unhappy with something they will fix it and make it right before you leave. Excellent place!
