2 reviews for Grayson Woods Golf Course
The executive course seems expensive at $20 on the weekends although there are carts which is rare for the par 3s. There's also an interesting miniature golf course that is actually fun for people just trying to mix in a little fun with practicing your putting. It looks more like a real golf course at 1/10 scale including flags and 'rough'. It is artificial though and the water wasn't running through the creek which would improve the aesthetics. They have putters and balls available and its $5 per person. Probably a good place to teach your kids how to putt and make it enjoyable for them
This place is never too busy but is usually in slightly below average condition. It also seems like they are seeding the greens every other time I go there. It is a weird place for a golf course, in the middle of a development, even if it is only 9 holes. It has some beautiful views of Mt Diablo but the greens fees are exceptionally high given the condition of the course and the lack of demand for it. Some McDonalds have coupons with 2 for 1 greens fees and that is the only reason that I go there. If they lowered the fees a little I would probably go more primarily due to the fact that I never feel rushed there, unlike buchanan.
