my dog is my child and i would never drop her off anywhere i didn't feel comfortable. there are 2 groomers in leucadia so i did a little research before making a choice. i like this place because they're very friendly and don't use cage dryers. the owner was also very helpful in recommending a good natural dog food to help with foxy's dry skin and coat. it may not be the groomer that's across the street, but it's my number 1 choice when foxy needs a good bath and shave!
oh and with the name grateful dog you know they're cool!
I've been to countless groomers in the area and finally found the Grateful Dog. I've been taking our two dogs to the Grateful Dog since they opened. I'm very particular about my yorkie's haircut and it's always perfect. My dogs are pretty difficult and have sensitive skin and they are always so accommodating to their needs. I absolutely love Mary, the owner, she always makes sure you're happy.
They have a great selection of natural dog food, gourmet bakery treats, toys, clothing, and a ton of really posh grooming products. Their prices are very reasonable. I'm always excited when the dogs need a bath 'cause that means I get to go browse the boutique!

Gerry Garcia would be proud of this groovy little doggie shoppe and styling place. As we are all grateful for our dogs this Grateful Dog goes a step further by rewarding our dogs with fancy clothes, collars and gourmet treats that look so delicious you wouldn't want to leave them out on your table. They even serve doggie cupcakes.
Their grooming services are also very truckin' makin' your pooch a happy camper or at least one that smells of patchouli. Not really but squeaky clean.
You can also find healthy foods and nutritious supplements to keep your doggie on the road of life while feelin' fine.
