219 reviews for Grasshopper Hair Salon
One of the Business' Favorite Reviews What's This?
I've been holding back writing a review, because I don't want everyone to flock to "my" stylist and make it impossible for me to get an appointment. I love Grasshopper, here's why:
1. Convenient in South Park and even on busy days, can always find a spot in the circle
2. Friendly receptionist.
3. Nice waiting area and yummy tea.
4. Never have to wait more than 10 mins for my appt.
5. Stylist assistant preps and does amazing shampoos, scalp massage and sometimes blowouts.
6. My Stylist. She's amazing. She did an amazing job when I was blonde. And, she converted me to a darker variety with lots of funky red - it's magical. She also got me comfortable with cutting off several inches and working in layers. The cut is amazing and grew out beautifully. She cuts my bangs to the perfect length - just at the base of eyebrow. She's meticulous and takes her time. She listens. She's the best stylist in my long history of stylists from coast-to-coast. If you want to know her name, private message me, and I'll give you the dets.
So I have to agree with Maren P's review! Grasshopper Salon is awesome on so many different levels!
The friendliest reception area with the yummiest tea, but what makes this salon a hidden gem are the magnificent hairstylists.
I recently went there and saw Elisa, who gave me to date, the best haircut I have ever had! I had a really bad highlighting experience prior, parts of my hair was missing due to peroxide breakage and my hair is already curly and crazy.
I went to Elisa for a consultation to see if she'd take on this challenge, and not only does she know how to cut curly hair, she added movement and shape to what could have otherwise been one hot bloody mess!
The layers are perfect and she took into account each in every detail giving me perfect long layered bangs and keeping my hair length long. Elisa will give you an awesome head massage and has the gentlest, hair-cutting perfectionist hands I've ever come across.
The owner of the salon whose name I seem to have forgotten is the friendliest woman. She's hip, trendy, got it going on and more importantly genuinely nice and inviting, which is perhaps why everyone that works there is just as sweet.
I plan on purchasing that Moroccan Hair Oil feels like heaven for my hair! My friend bought it and says it lasts a yr and works miracles for her hair.
Elisa, I love my haircut - THANK YOU, You're AWESOME!
I've been coming here for a little under 3 years and have to say, I am sooo loving it, especially Nicole (well, always Nicole for cut and color). When I was 10 I had a horrendous 2 hour hair cut ordeal which made me look like the unholy love child of Joan Jett and Ronald McDonald. Ugh. For almost 20 years after that I kept the same style, same length, same color. Then found someone I kind of liked (in another state I was living in at the time) who cut my hair a bit shorter than I was used to, introduced me to highlights but was always "why change your hair? it looks ok the way it is". And because I have hair PTSD, I was cool with that.
Until I met Nicole.
At first you do the very conservative bob with a nice normal brown color because you're testing each other out, trying to figure out how emotionally scarred this stylist is going to leave me. But 2, 3 cuts go by with normal looking color, they grow out ok, and I think, all right time to experiment with color. Another 2,3 cuts and colors go by and before I know it, I am all done with my hair PTSD! I now feel free to walk into the studio, sit in Nicole's chair, open a book to a random page and go "that one in red" and know that everything is going to be ok.
Of course, once I leave Grasshopper I remain completely on my own. Still not quite sure about the product to hair ratio I've got going right now, so if you see me and my hair, it's really not her fault!
Been there twice, both haircuts could have been done at super cuts. I asked for a style, and I ended up with a trim of the same terrible boring style I had the time before.
Granted everyone was nice, and the hair wash was nice. (Actually, I wasn't greeted when I walked in the door, first time they were out of water for tea, there is no milk to go with it etc)
Still, everyone was nice, but my hair cut, just so did not look like a hair cut, and for 70 dollars, and very basic hair, I was disappointed.
Sad because this is in my work area, but not good enough to make a regular spot of.
Excellent ! Nice people and they did a great job on my hair!
I was in the bay area for my high school reunion and I really needed a haircut before making my appearance at the event. The stylist, Jarrod, spoiled me rotten. Not only did I get the best haircut EVER, but he's friendly and his smile is contagious. The salon itself is also really amazing. It looks the 'after' of a Tabatha Salon Takeover.
Pros:
Actually listens to what I want my hair to look like
Interprets my idea into something that works for my hair type
Majority of work is done with scissors (it's a guy thing, hard to find)
Cons:
I live in New York City and will have to continue my endless quest for finding the perfect (local) haircut.
Will probably end up spending money on flights out to SF for a cut.
This place continues to rock... but now... my colorist is now my stylist. Jarrod is amazing. He's adorable and fun (but not the reason I go to him!). He gives a mean haircut. I had my boyfriend go when he just started taking clients and he did a great job with free trims in between cuts. I'm VERY impressed with his skills. And ladies... he's the stylist that will trim YOUR BOYFRIENDS eyebrows, nose hair, and whatever...and tell them what needs to be done in the grooming dept. (not that my sweetie needs help..) Bravo! Jarrod. Making the world a prettier place one hairy guy at a time. ;-)

I waited a while before going back (I'm lazy about getting haircuts) and have been seeing Nicole about every 3 weeks ever since.
Again, I couldn't be happier - relaxed atmosphere, not pretentious, fast/great haircuts (for guys, anyway), and close to where I live & work.

I got my haircut with Jarrod, and I am very disappointed.
I told him not to take too much length off multiple times, but he just kept cutting, cutting, and cutting. I finally had to stop him. He didn't listen and he was not proactive about suggesting certain styles that would or wouldn't work with my hair.
I also left the salon with greased hair from all the product he used. I went straight home and showered.
The salon is nice, but I would never recommend going to Jarrod.
This place is right up the street from my place of employment, and carries a decent selection of hair products. Its super convenient for me to stop in for hair goo while on lunch. Yesterday I went in looking for something similar to what I usually use, but smaller so I can carry it on a plane..anyway they are always very friendly but this time went above and beyond the call of duty :) One of the sylists demo'd the new product for me and recommended some tips to keep my curly/frizzy hair under control. Today my hair looks great!! thanks grasshopper :)
I got up this morning and my hair still look fabulous. I opened Yelp to write a review and WOW I couldn't believe the long negative review.
I had my hair colored by Jarrod yesterday and I am so happy with the color and blow out. The ultimate complement was having dinner with friends who said my hair looked glamours and I looked younger.
Isn't that what all we want.
I recently came back after a year of growing my hair out. Hung is located on the second floor now (it's the door on the right) and has been for a while. I remember how much I love this place and it's awesome that no matter how long I've been gone (I think this past stretch was the longest), we can still catch up on the same type of stuff and it isn't awkward. Oh, and of course my hair looks great.
Five stars for four years of bangin' haircuts.

Just got my hair cut by Jarrod yesterday, and i LOVE IT!!! I highly recommend him to anyone. He took the time to talk me about what style would work best, and the product i should use, etc. Jarrod is professional, meticulous, and very talented! I left the salon feeling FABULOUS:)
Thanks Jarrod!
Just got my hair done by Ashlee a few days ago and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my cut & color. She has been doing my hair for about two years, and I always love what she does.
She is great with CURLS! I have really curly, blond, thick hair and she knows just what to do with it. Lots of layers to avoid that triangle look, and she uses these special scissors (I think they are called shearing scissors?) to take out some of the heaviness. She usually straightens it at the end (which she does beautifully--I judge a stylist by whether or not they can get my hair straight) but this time I asked her to show me how to do it curly. She whipped out the diffuser and showed me how to get that sultry non-frizzy curly hair-do that I always strive for. She also gave me some product to combine with the mousse I use at home to avoid that "crunchy" look that I hate, and so far it has done the trick.
She is also super sweet and HONEST. I have never felt like she's trying to sell me things I don't need or talk me into a look I'm not comfortable with. The girl has got integrity and wants her clients to look hot and feel beautiful, and I think that is the most important thing.
Ashlee is great! I come all the way from Santa Cruz just to see her.
Jarrod did my wedding day hair and it was great! I did a trial run with him which I highly recommend - he tried out different curls and we got to experiment with no time pressure. The day of, he was very efficient and my hair stayed put the whole time.
Three other stylists worked in parallel to do my mother, mother-in-law and sister-in-law. I would say 2 out of the 3 were also great and the last one was so-so. Pricing is mid-to-high for blowouts and wedding hair.
When I came back for my second visit, it just didn't hold up. I still got an ok cut, but my bangs were kind of butchered in a way that made them never ever be able to be styled the way I wanted, and Ashlee completely dried my hair out in a way that took all life and body out of it. Sorry, but I feel like if you don't know that flat hair doesn't look good on someone, you're not a very good stylist. I'm back to looking elsewhere to get my hair done...
2 stars for the second visit and 4 for the first so I'm going with an overall 3 for this place. But like I said, I'm looking for somewhere else...

I just had the best hair experience ever by Jarrod. I went in for a hi-lite. Jarrod greeted me with an amazing smile. I sat in his chair & we begin the consultation process. I was amazed how Jarrod had eye contact the whole time & how well he listened to me. When he was done my color looked amazing it was very natural looking. His work was very neat & very professional. He just made me feel like "I'm so pretty" Jarrod is very talented & I would highly recommend him to all my friends. Cant wait for my next appt. Thanks Jarrod
Whitney's awesome. But I think most (if not all) the hairstylists here are. I have really straight, thick Asian hair meaning no wave, no curl whatsoever. And slick. It does not work with layers because the layers don't blend. So it ends up looking like a mullet trying not to be a mullet. And I don't do my hair, it's wash and go. But no matter how hard I try to explain this to stylists, they end up putting layers in anyways. They get to a point where the cut looks good, and I'm thinking, that works! But then they take the scissors and tell me, "Now I'm going to shape and take off some of the weight." Nooooooooooooo!!!! But, too late, they already snipped. No layers does not mean a few layers to shape. I appreciate them trying, but it doesn't work.
I went to Whitney and gave her the same speech I give to all the stylists. She actually figured out a way to cut my hair so that there are no layers, but it's not a blunt cut. There's movement, shape, and no maintenance. She doesn't push products either. And I went back. Same thing happened! We've established trust!
Schedule an appointment a couple weeks in advance since she books up pretty quickly. They only accept cash for tips. They also give you a free touch-up for bangs, layers, etc. a month after your appointment so make sure you schedule that.
Just realized I never updated my review. I've now been going to Nicole for 2+ years, and have never been disappointed. My hairstyle has changed from "standard Asian long hair" to a bob, from darker highlights to lighter highlights, sometimes with bleach + toner, sometimes just color, but regardless of what she's done, I've been extremely satisfied. I've recommended a lot of folks to Grasshopper and they've become regular clients now too.
Prices continue to be reasonable for an SF salon and scheduling is very easy (love the text message confirmations!).

If you are forever searching for a colorist in SF to do gorgeous blond highlights, look no more. I had the sweet and talented Lena do my hair today for the first time and I am just thrilled. She did exactly what I wanted while also adding her own expertise and helping my hair look more balanced and healthy. She is patient, friendly, and extremely skilled at her craft for such a young gal. I really couldn't be happier with the whole experience and recommend her highly. Maybe it's just me, but finding a stylist that does pretty blond color in this city is hard to come by. Minus one star cause parking is pretty tough and they don't serve champagne...but that's just a prerequisite for me. ;)
All I gotta say is I heart Jerrad!
He's amazing at color and evaluating what is flattering and would never do anything that would cause damage to your hair. The first time I came to Grasshopper, my hair was long but damaged. Now my hair is STILL long, healthy, soft and lovely. I always leave there with a stylish cut (not a fashion mullet) and NEW hair. You HAVE to add a conditioning treatment, because the salon's prices are very reasonable and well worth it.
BEST value in an SF salon, but really, I just love Jerrrad.
You know that a haircut is great when it still looks fabulous after it's grown out. I've only seen Kristen, but half the time I've gotten haircuts from her, I've forgotten to take advantage of the free fringe/bang trim because it still looks great 3-4 weeks later. By the time I remember to schedule it, she's already booked up and it's time to reschedule my cut anyways. The lesson to be learned is to book your fringe/bang trim before you leave - you can always reschedule later.
I would never go anywhere else to cut my hair. It is worth your money.
Went to Kristen Luna on the advice of a friend with really cute hair. The friend in question has hair that's a little rock n roll without looking too retro or hipstered out.
Kristen was super nice, she totally listened to me and gave me a cut that's so much easier to style yet still looks like me. Also, she totally seems to get your personal style and not talk you into some cookie cutter hair style.
I don't want to rat anyone out, but I've had haircuts with two different people at Grasshopper (~4 years apart) and it was always meh. Actually the last time I came back from there, my boyfriend said, "you should fire your hairdresser". I don't think it was that bad. It was easy to do, but it wasn't super flattering and it wasn't what I asked for.
Also, they only take cash for tips. I understand why they do this, but I hate it because, 1. I might need that cash! or I might not have it on me, 2. it's pronounced with such false sympathy (when you've really just said that my money is not good enough) 99% of the time, and 3. you are asking me to comply in ripping off the government. I pay all my taxes, why shouldn't you? At close to $100 a cut, you can afford to.
Whitney is a color magician. She takes me from Blonde to Brunette to Red and all the places in between without batting one of her pretty little eyelashes.
She also cuts hair now and is constantly learning new things on her trips to NYC.
She is also super friendly :) Book yourself now - but DONT take my space. . . . I have priority as I have been going for 3 years now.

This place is pretty good. I went for my first time in the beginning of April and wasn't displeased by my haircut with Raquel, but I also wasn't that pleased. I didn't feel like I wanted to judge this place just yet because I would have given it a 3 star. The haircut with Raquel was good, but the conversation was kind of awkward. Definitely didn't flow. Other reasons are because I felt I was pushed too much to purchase their products and I had to go and get my own water because the person in the front desk didn't feel up to it...
Today I had a better experience. I had a haircut with Ashley. She took care of me 15 minutes early because I arrived early. She asked me questions about my hair and shampoo, but when I told her that I already bought new stuff, she suggested at the end, that when I'm DONE using those bottles, to try something else, instead of just getting me to spend a ton of money. Her haircut looks great and it was a quick and easy process. She poked me a couple of times with her scissors, but other than that I left satisfied and will return back to Ashley.
So I called to get my hair trimmed by Ashley and was distraught to find out that she was booked all weekend AND on vacation for the next two weeks. The very nice (and patient) receptionist (thank you, whomever you are - you are seriously a doll!) gave me two people who were available: someone whose name slips my mind and Susan. I chose Susan while thinking "Oh god...please don't mess up my hair on Saturday!"
By the time my appointment rolled around, I was having a shitastic week and I was figuring it would be the ultimate trifecta if my hair got screwed up. I went upstairs and relaxed while Susan finished up with her client.
First of all, she is a really nice person which is good when you come in a glum mood. And her hair (which she told me she had recently chopped off after I had mentioned I wanted to eventually do that) is - not to sound like a valley girl - totally cute! She knew a lot about the texture of my hair and how it behaved. After studying it carefully (and mentioning I should get a deep conditioning treatment - which I forgot to mention when I made the appointment), she told me what she thought would work for my hair. It sounded like a plan to me, so off we went.
To spare everyone the minor details, let me get to the point: IT WAS THE BEST HAIRCUT I HAVE EVER HAD! No joke. Totally honest. It was exactly what I have always wanted! My hair was shiny, the cut was so adorable (and still adorable when I do it myself), and just put me in a much better mood.
After losing my tip (which I later found out was on my bedroom floor - go me), she said I could mail it in (which I promptly did). I will definitely go to Susan from now on.
I still recommend Ashley, though. Both of them are fabulous!

Uhm....Whitney rox my sox.
That's all I can say.
It's been months since she gave me a haircut. My hair still looks awesome!!!!! I brought a picture to demonstrate the look I wanted. She definitely took her time studying the photo and easily replicated the exact style on my hair. The whole thing cost $65 and I get free bang trims.
Whitney also does a great job with men's hair. So if you've finally convinced your boyfriend to get a haircut, go to Grasshopper and ask for Whitney. He'll look amazing.
Also contrary to many other SF salons Grasshopper doesn't seem to push styling products onto their customers, and I definitely appreciate this. I'm not a product gal and I always feel bad rejecting the sales pitch.
So all in all Grasshopper is a cool salon and so far Whitney is my best discovery of 2009.
Whitney is great! I've seen her twice for a cut and highlights! My hair looks great! My search for a great styalist in SF has ended!
I highly, highly reccomend her. She took so much time talking to my about what sort of things would be flattering, ... and what kind of product would work best.
She's great.
I've gotten a cut and highlights with Whitney twice now. 5 stars for continued fabulousnessssss with the results!
I have lots and lots and lots of long, mousy blonde hair. But Whitney has been able to give a natural, sun-kissed look. The cut is awesome, lasting for ages and (hello!) the gratis band trims are a nice touch. We do run out of things to talk about but it's two solid hours of highlighting, so I forgive her for that.
And bonus points (if I could give 6 stars I would) for the fantastic scalp massage and neat bang trick from shampoo/blow-dry guy Damien.
I went to Raquel today again. She is a incredible. I like to keep my hair long with bangs, but mix it up a little bit.
She gave me a treatment that made my hair so shiny! Plus, she cut it just right (two inches off the length, trim layers, heavy, straight bangs).
My hair was super dried out - and it had been falling due to my recent contraception changes (ladies, do not take the mini-pill!). But she made it look full, healthy and beautiful again.
My hair is my greatest asset. I can now flaunt it with pride!
Well worth the $60 for the haircut!
Finally! I found Susan at Grasshopper. Being a girl both highlighting my hair, and growing it out at the same time, I'm very picky when it comes to stylists and have been salon-hopping for years since my last stylist moved away from SF. Susan is excellent: very focused, meticulous, talented and professional. I highly recommend Grasshopper, but Susan in particular. Definitely book in advance.
Here we go. I do NOT like sharing my hair stylist with anyone, especially with my friends. Sorry girls, no offend! But Hung deserves a BIG shout out. He is my hair GOD. There is something about gay guys and their eye for beauty. Seriously!!!!!!! Details to every single hair, and the way it frames my face. My hair always looks FLAWLESS when I leave Grasshopper. Easy to style, and the cut/color last for months.
Parking can be a pain in the arse. Come early. If you're lucky, you'll see Hung Master work his magic on his client.
As I prepare for my move to Europe for the summer - I decided to get my hair done at my favorite hair salon to get a cut and color - Grasshopper!!
As I have said before - Raquel is my fav! She cut and styled my hair so that while I am away, my hair won't look weird as it grows out in the summer. (I am VERY picky about who cuts my hair, so I'm just going to wait till I return to the USA to get my hair cut again by Raquel). Even though the hair cut is shorter than what I am accustomed to, it still fits my face shape and is flattering. Not only is the cut awesome, but she also recommended that I get a treatment done since my hair was dry - and just like magic - my hair is now silky smooth! Hair Genius! Also for the guys out there - I recommend her for all of you as well. If she can work miracles on my boyfriend's hair, she can DEFINITELY work wonders on your hair.
As for color, I went to Lena. This was my first color here at Grashopper and my hair looks awesome! I told her that I just wanted to dye my hair back to its original color - a deep, dark black. (My hair fades cause I swim a lot - so the chlorine makes it fade unfortunately). She knew exactly what she was doing and was very upfront with me on what products she was going to use (semipermanent vs. permanent hair color and the reasons why, etc). I am happy to say that there were *NO* hair dye stains all over my face - this girl knows what she's doing! I have in the past have had colorists in other salons who have dyed my hair and didn't keep an eye on me and I ended up having dye all over my face! Thank goodness Lena is a pro and this DID NOT happen :) My hair is exactly how I imagined it to be - a beautiful shade of black!
Overall, my hair looks great and I am stoked to show off my locks in Europe!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these two lovely ladies. I promise you won't regret it!

I stay true to the neighborhood businesses. This isn't your run of the mill hair salon. People know what they're doing. It's a good place to take risks. Let them take your mediocre hair cut and do something extraordinary to it. I only take a star off because this Asian guy who cut my hair last said "your hair is as bad as your posture." Ouch.
I used to go to Grasshopper for cuts/color several years ago. After moving back to the area, I decided to go back. My haircuts are good; my main concern is with the way my color was handled. Overall, I think this salon is not as good as before, quality wise and customer service wise.
First appointment I made was for a specific person I knew. I arrive and am told that apparently she had been "double booked" and either I could go to someone else or come back in 3 hrs. Double booked & they just figured it out when I walked in the door for my appointment? But it gets worse, way worse.
I can't come back in 3 hrs so I accept whoever they can scheduled me with. Things seem to be going good, we picked a cool shade of highlights and color. The highlights are moving along... THEN she says someone else will be doing the actual color. Ok, whatever, I think. Until she starts instructing how to apply it. This person had NEVER applied color on an actual human head of hair. Only wigs! WTF? I think I looked nervous, because my colorist kept assuring me that it would be okay, this person would do fine. So other than the "trainee#1" acting super nervous, I thought ok, whatever again. "Trainee#1" continues dabbing away and finishes and then I go sit for 20 minutes. Throughout this whole "training exercise" my colorist didn't check on my hair once until I was ready to get washed out.
So I am laying back on the chair, getting the highlight sheets pulled out and my colorist says she'll be right back. She goes over to this other woman, checks her hair in a bunch of places & chats it up with her about her hair. She comes back to me, and says, "sorry, that was the owner and I had to make sure her color comes out perfect." So I guess making sure the owner is happy is more important that ensuring the clients are happy?
She blow dries my hair. It looks good so I make a follow up appt for 7 wks. When I get home, I looked up close in the mirror & noticed not enough color was applied at the base & it didn't completely take.
I call & leave a few messages, finally get in touch with the colorist & make an appt to get it fixed. She was nice about it & everything & said I might have needed a stronger strength of product. I thought, OR you could have supervised the "trainee" maybe? So to "fix" this, she did a complete touch-up of the color at the roots (which I would have done in 7 wks) and a "glaze" or "tint" or something the same shade of my highlights. It looked ok, but the way she did it, I had to have (and pay for) a complete set of highlights again 7 wks later. Oh, and I still had to pay $45 for the "fix."
7 wks later, I forgot I had made the appt until I got a reminder. I needed a touchup badly, so I thought I would give them another chance. As I mentioned before, I got another full highlight/color at this appt & am only now realizing writing this review that had it not been screwed up from the first appt, I would only need a much cheaper touchup this time around. Nevertheless, we proceed with the exact same highlight/color plan as before. Again, as she is finishing up my highlights, she is asking around who can do my "in between color." I'm thinking, no way jose am I going to let that happen again. Thankfully, no one is available so she starts doing it. She's got a few sections left, & we rudely get interrupted my her next client, who says she is 15 minutes early. My colorist asked if the receptionist let her back & she's like, "No, I just wanted to say HI and let you know that I was here.. and omg, how arrrrre you?" Who does that? My colorist says she'll be with her shortly... rude next client leaves.. and my colorist immediately looks around & asks who can "finish me?" A person volunteers & my colorist is out of there before I can even object. She could have easily finished in the 15 min remaining but no....so "trainee #2" proceeds finishing applying my color. I wasn't worried, until:
The client in the chair next to me arrives and says: "oh when did you start doing color?" "Trainee #2" replies: "Just now."
Client next to me: "wonderful, when will you be doing it on your own?"
Trainee #2": "Oh, maybe in a year and a half." WHAT?!
The "trainee" took SO long to apply the color my hair, I ended up being a 1/2 late out of there & late to a movie screening. Plus one section of my head was BURNING. Now my scalp is scabbing. Lovely.
Again, my colorist didn't check on me ONCE until I was paying my bill, they had to track her down to find out how how much to charge me! My HAIR CUTTER checked my color before she washed out the color & cut my hair.
Come to think of it, isn't it illegal to practice cosmetology without a license? I'm not an expert, but pretty damn sure students practice on actual models in school. I paid $295 for 2 color/highlights in 2 mths & half of it was done by the people they hire to sweep the floors. CHARGE ME A HAIR MODEL PRICE if my hair is a training exercise.
Attention to detail.
Good with his hands.
Takes his time.
All great things you want from a man in bed.
...but more so what I want from my hair stylist. I had been sick all week like a walking phlegm ball (attractive ay?) but I left Grasshopper feeling refreshed with a new do and highlights. Just what the doctor ordered.

Wow, how did I not know haircuts came with free trims and touch ups? Well, they do! I went to get a trim a few months after my cut expecting to pay and it was free. My bangs were fresh and full...no more split ends...and it was quick! PLUS Melanie was very cautious about trimming too much hair cause I mentioned I liked the length. Good thing, too...my suggestion wouldve been too short. Thanks, Melanie...see you in a week! :)

Grasshopper is the place to go for great service and a nice cut. I've been looking for a stylist… Read more »
I have been putting off my friend's suggestion of visiting Grasshopper, particularly Whitney. So after 6 months of debating, I finally made my appointment. Hey, I'm a busy girl!
Though they man who answered the phone didn't have the best of client services demeanor I'd expect from such a well rated salon, I still had the very best haircut of my LIFE!!! It was almost as good as...well, you get the picture.
AMAZING, PERFECT, WONDERFUL. I can go on and on. Whitney listened, not just heard me. She analyzed, thought, envisioned and then transformed my neglected into more than just a work of art. I can't thank her enough for my amazing tresses.
The compliments just keep rolling in and I don't ever want to go back to the "other" place. And though the whole experience couldn't get any better, the Moroccan Oil product that she recommended and I had to purchase has been the godsend of my daily blow drying.
Don't put it off any longer people....you'll regret waiting so long!!! And my profile picture is so old, I'll just have to follow up with a new and updated one showing off my luscious locks.
Oh, and the price is totally affordable. You get pampered, heard, loved and hit on left and right. =) Just do it and do it now!!!!
