Poorly managed company who do not pay their bills. I am an owner of a promotional product company who Granite Transformations ordered over 2k worth of product from and NEVER paid for. The representative we deal with from the Tampa office does not answer her phone when we call, does not respond to emails or postal mail. I have been trying to collect from Granite Transformations since Feb 2017 with no response. I hate to take this to social media but maybe this will grabs someone's attention that will contact me back. So before you do business with this company maybe you should consider if you want to work with someone who does not pay their vendors.

This company does not honor the lifetime guarantee if you don't hold on to your sales receipt. My was lost in the move with other important papers. I now am unable to get fixed issues with the counter-tops coloration. They have my information in their system but still will not honor the guarantee. Do not waste your money on this product!

I feel honored to share the fantastic experience I had with Granite Transformations August 2015 to everyone reading this post! I am only a customer and not affiliated with this company in any way. I am simply sharing my own personal experience to assure any potential customers they will be in good hands from beginning to end of the process! I am in love with everything about the product itself as well as the dedicated staff who work for this fantastic company. They are a very special group of people you can count on to bring a great product into your home that will make you smile looking at it everyday. I purchased a kitchen counter-top, an under mount double sink, and the Italian Mosaic Glass Back-Splash.....let me tell you it is simply stunning changing the face of my entire out-dated kitchen in a matter of hours! It is simply more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I began the process by putting my trust in the capable hands of Brett Timberlake the sales person in my area who was patient throughout the whole design process guiding me with both color and design that was perfect for my kitchen. Thank You Brett. Then when the product was made and ready to be installed two very talented men Freddie and Juan came into my home to install everything being very cautious and respectful of my home. This Granite Transformations process barely makes any mess....I know it seems hard to believe but true I assure you. Once everything was installed (all in the same day by the way).....I noticed a couple of issues with the back-splash the next morning & it was addressed and corrected immediately by Freddie, Juan, Armando, and Johnathan that very same day!! When this company says they stand by their product and installation they mean exactly that. I am very impressed with the integrity of this company coming back & making everything perfect just as they promised they would from day one. I am a 100% satisfied customer. Thank You guys for a great job of teamwork! If you have any issues at all speak to Mike Mallory head of this team and he will take care of your concerns. Thank You Mike! I look forward to getting new counter-tops in my two bathrooms soon. If you want to add unbelievable beauty and functionality to you home with hardly any mess, & complete satisfaction you need to call Granite Transformations!!

DO NOT PAY UP FRONT---I have nothing good to say about this company.The owner will promise you anything to get your money.She has not done one thing that she promised to do.After missing 3 different appointment dates, before which, it was up to me to disconnect the plumbing and remove the sink. All 3 times nobody showed up or called to say why. Even the next day nobody called.When I finally reached the owner,she said she was sorry and rescheduled.After each no-show I had to reinstall the sink and plumbing.I finally had to ask for a contract cancelation which she agreed to.But guess what--it has not been done.It is one excuse after the next with no action taken on their part.So far,I'm out $2200.00.I have been put off for a month now.I am now filing complaints with BBB and Consumer Protection Agency.Also--I contacted the corporate office since this is a franchise.They told me that they did not see a problem with the timeliness. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!! Bill
