3300 Bee Caves RoadI was very disappointed by this stationary/invitation boutique. Granted, I was not going in to have anything customized, but I was hoping to find a great selection of cute, hopefully not too expensive, Thank you notes and Happy Birthday cards. The selection was extremely poor and some of them were by designers like Vera Wang that were totally overpriced and boring. Why do I need designer cards??
Also, I had to look around for fifteen more minutes while the cashier talked on the phone to a friend about some class she was taking-- She was not a teen or college age, and I was surprised that she didn't even apologize when she finally got off the phone. It felt more like I had interrupted her by trying to purchase something I didn't even like that much anyway... haha
Definitely don't recommend, from now on I will stick to searching for cards in random stores or book stores where the service is better and more friendly, and the selection is much more expansive.

Gossip is a lovely stationary and gift shop much overshadowed by its West Bank Market neighbors on Bee Caves Road.
"How long have you been here?" I asked the friendly owner as I browsed.
"Quite awhile," she said, "But people always ask me if we just opened. I guess they don't realize we're back here."
She's right. I don't think people realize she's back there. And you should. Gossip carries a mixed bag of stationary, greeting cards, and general paper-related trinkets and toys. There's some home decor thrown in there as well. I have found several small gifts for friends and family here and think just about anyone could find an enjoyable item or two.
Some of the highlights - ink-it-yourself stationary, creative "list" notepads for your fridge, and a back room workshop where you can make yourself comfortable and create crafty invitations, note cards or announcements. Gossip can likely meet many of your on-paper needs.
Let's get Gossip on the Rumor Mill.
