This place will rip you off. When buying out your lease tell them to break out their figures. They hide a large 3000.00 dollar fee that is bogus. I will never buy a car from this owner again. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Just bought a new car from there. Because of the age and mileage on the car I couldn't get financing on it, but with the help of Ron and Zach they got the price down to where I could buy it in full. Heavily recommend, best experience I've ever had with a car dealership.

BEWARE if you're looking to purchase a new Palisade Calligraphy or Limited. They are adding a 7% market adjustment fee for the Calligraphy and 3.5% for the limited. I contacted a Hyundai dealer in SW Michigan and a dealer in Chicago. Both dealers are selling Calligraphies at sticker with no market adjustments, hidden add ons, or a $500 blinking brake light!

Contacted them about trading in my 2023 Hyundai Venue SE for a 2023 Venue SEL. I was needing the cross traffic alert for backing up as I have medical issues that make it hard to turn and look back. My car I traded in for the 2023 Venue SE had every option only reason I traded 2020 Ford Fusion was it set low and was hard to get in and out of. Sales man kept me in the dark for 2 days. Even with contacting them. Said they would check with financial management and get back with me and still never did. I just bought the 2023 venue SE in December of 2022 and owe 20,000 on it. The 2023 venue SEL sells for 23,000 sales man finally after I complain about lack of interest in responding back to me and leaving me sitting and wondering said his finance sept said I need 4000 down. Which is funny cause when I bought the 2023 SE model I didn't need any money down and still owed 14,500 on my fusion and Michigan City Hyundai had no issue getting me the loan. Only reason I went to Goshen was they had the one model I wanted in the same color as my car now. But they treat you like your not important. I would never recommend Goshen Hyundai to anyone. They made me feel unimportant.

My car had warranty issues.. my engine went completely bad.. I had unresolved issues with mileage with the bmv which was the bmvs fault.. In order to receive my new engine it took a lot of paper work and foot work to finally get things in order. Steven the service manager went over and beyond the call of duty! He helped get business taken care of and I have my new engine a great amount of respect for him and the dealership! He worked with me over 4 months!

My car broke down with less than 100k miles and they refuse to fix it. So now I have to replace the motor and I'm basically paying for my car twice. Buyer beware!

Not hardly worth the effort to visit this dealership let alone buy a car there. Sales person answered the main phone and didn't know a thing about the 2021 Hyundai or seem to care and then after he tried to lie to me to blow off my Santa Fe question I suggested that he should probably know since he works at the actual dealership he hung up on me. I called to get another sales rep to call me back and emailed the dealership owner and never got a reply or callback from either one. All that after we bought our last new Hyundai Santa Fe from them a few years ago, went there for service and were coming back to buy another one. I guess they don't need repeat customers.

I took my car in due to break noise. They miss-diagnosed the issue and replaced the front pads and rotors. After getting my car back, the noise was still very much there and my rear breaks were running very hot. I took it back in the next day, and they claimed they had forgotten to tighten something down and that the sound should be gone. After getting it back a second time, the noise was still there. I took it back a third time, angry, and they discovered the rear pad had completely separated and the rotors needed replacing.
They ended up replacing pads on front and rear, as well as all four rotors. The constant noise was gone, but started making noise when the brakes were applied. I will not be back.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
