A carnivore's delight! Gordy's is the only transcendent BBQ in the greater Seattle area. We used to head up to Cascade golf course in North Bend, where Gordy opened his original restaurant, and we'd start the day with a breakfast of bacon with an extra side of bacon. After 18 holes we'd sit down to a fantastic lunch where the options include pulled pork, ribs, steak, chicken, hot links and other smoked meaty gloriousness.
The Gordy's of the North is no more, and this made us quite sad UNTIL we discovered that Gordy lives, in Tukwila, attached to the Foster golf course. Gordy still smokes all of his meats, the menu still includes all of our favorites and a few new items. There is a full bar, lots of seating, and a nice view of the links. The bacon is still phenomenal.
Our vegetarian friends also come away happy. And they always eat the bacon!
