I've been coming here for at least the past 2 years. I trust my car with Kyle and his crew.  I usually get my oil change, tire rotations, and stuff like that taken care of here.  He is very decent with his prices and is good about estimating how much time it will take until your car is ready. I bought a set of tires here and it's fantastic how my last two tire rotations were on the house. Saves some much needed scrilla.  If Tiffany's (an employee) daughter is there, she's mad fun to play tic tac toe with!

After getting price quotes for tires, an oil change and alignment from a few local shops in the area, I found this Goodyear Auto Service Center to have the best customer service.  Kyle was friendly and helpful and never sounded impatient or in a bad mood like the others.  Plus the price quotes were the least expensive and the center is conveniently located by Valley Fair Mall.  I spent my time waiting for the services to be completed while doing my holiday shopping.  

I did not include the 5th star yet since I'm still testing out the tires and the alignment.  So far, so good.  I'll be sure to come back to Kyle for my next service.
