After tirerack mistakenly sent my tires to this Goodyear location as opposed to the winchester one (which has good reviews), I was wary of this place due to the other Yelp reviews:

But since my tires were there, I decided to try it. I made an appt at 8:45am and they weren't busy. The manager was friendly and took the opportunity to try and sell me an alignment service. I had recently done mine elsewhere so I declined. He mentioned tire mounts get you discounted alignments at $50, so the offer was a legitimate inquiry. He is trying to make money for his store, but not in a shady way.
The manager estimated an hour of work, but it only took 30 minutes. (An hour for tire mount is way too long, but he was being conservative apparently.) They put on the tires and all is well. When done, they parked the car (no unnecessary test drive) and came in and I was informed my car was ready.
It would have been nice to see break down of the charges as he just said $25/tire. Tirerack has previously disclosed this as a recommended installer at said my 55 profile tires would cost $15 to mount. When I brought this up, the manager said, "yes, but then there's disposal fee, balance, etc".
So overall, they did the work, but I felt they could have been more communicative of charges, work done, etc.
My name is Debbie G., I have been a customer for this store since 2000. I have had my 3 vehicles serviced since then starting from my 94 VW Golf, then my 97 VW Jetta and most recently my 01 VW Jetta. I received great customer service when Dale and John were running the store. Now it's new management and there is no personal customer service anymore. I was very happy all these years until yesterday Nov 19, 2009. I visited your store for my 3:30 pm appt on Nov 19. My competitors coupons for oil change were not honored. In the past when I brought your store coupons that were expired for oil change they were not honored so I paid more for oil changes. So this time I brought over current oil change coupons from other stores. I was denied the coupon savings and ask to pay $ 29.95 or $ 49.95 for a oil change. I just wanted a BASIC oil change and your customer service representative George was told by his store manager that coupons would not be honored. I told him that I will go somewhere else and my business with your store of 9 years will be lost for ever. Is this how Good Year treats their long term customers? I was very unhappy and I have started staring my experience with others and will post this message on Yelp for others to read. I will also call

if you ever want your car destroyed, go to goodyear. i wish i could put a lower rating. they will put the wrong oil in your car and lie, just so you will buy the more expensive oil...
if you are a goodyear customer, you are better off picking up someone from home depot to do your car work.
i have engine damage on my car now. greaaaaat...
I have also discovered this shop is operating with out the required state licenses. They were canceled some time last year.

When they used to be called Just Tires it seems they gave better service.
When I brought my car in the first day , I decided to get all of my tires replaced and have my car aligned. The guy helping me was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately it was a Monday and they don't have an alignment guy in on Mondays. So, I made an appointment to bring my car in the next day to have everything done at the same time. They told me it would only take an hour and a half. Luckily I had a ride and didn't have to wait around because it ended up taking 5 hours.
My tires are great though, and my car no longer shakes once I hit 60mph.
I will probably go back to have my tires rotated and balanced because I bought the lifetime of the tire balancing for $15.95
Went there for an oil change.
Have a hybrid and most places were quoting me $80-100 because the oil type is 0w20.
I decided to buy the oil myself and have the shop just do the labor.
All other shops were still quoting me ridiculous prices!
This Goodyear shop did the work for $15 out-the-door (I bought oil + filter). Fantastic!!
And the people were very friendly.

i am suspicious of this place. i mean, one should be suspicious of any mechanic by default, right? guilty until proven innocent. i got a flat tire fixed which was all good, it was $25 for them to patch it.
but then later that day i noticed the speedometer was off; it would only go up. so it said i was doing 100 when i was in the slow lane, shyeah, right, i don't think so. i went back to the place and told them and they swore blind it couldn't have been caused by them oh and would i like them to diagnose the problem for $114? shyeah, right, how about like, "no."
