I took my car here a year ago when I got into an accident.  I googled a bunch of auto repair shops and pored over the reviews on them because I wanted someone to do a GREAT JOB on my precious baby benz.  I mentioned the place to the claims investigator from AAA (also had a great experience with them....they gave me stellar treatment even though I was with Allstate) and she vouched for them.  Since AAA was paying for all the damages, I just wanted A+ treatment for my car.......and i got it!

Joe was super nice and his concern put my mind at ease as to whether he'd be able to restore my car.  When I got my car back, it was gorgeous --- I had a leak in my trunk prior to the accident and he even fixed that up too, free of charge! (there was also a dent in my car and he fixed that up too at a discounted price)

The only cons would be that it took FOREVER to get my car back --- kept finding additional repairs and having to order out for additional parts.... but since AAA was covering the cost of my rental car ( i was having a blast roaring around in an SUV!!!)  I wasn't complaining at all.. Thank you AAA!
Another con would be I think they're a bit pricey or so i've read from other reviews....but I didn't care cuz AAA took care of everything!  I guess that's what you have to pay to get stellar service and repairs!!!!
