Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

i went on a wednesday with the family we had a good time i read the other reviews before going kind of got discouraged but i said let's see for ourselves.
the food was hot and ready the spinach was plain lol but i really can't say much bad about the place although i did not see what the restrooms look like but i will go back ate good!
the waiter we had was cool i can't remember his name

The price and food is very good here but I'm rating this place a 1 star simply because of the level of irresponsibility from the clientele of this place. They throw food on the floor, they throw away full plates after full plates without regard to waste or the environment, the staff is working their butt off to replenish trays that essentially end up in the garbage, and nobody does anything about it.

The business model is broken. Get rid of those cheap entry fees for children so they quit making a mess and throwing away perfectly delicious food, and add a surcharge for any unfinished plate so there's accountability for overconsumption. Your staff will be less overloaded, you'll make more money from the fees, and your clientele will not overconsume into obesity. You lost a division on the east side, let's not run yourself out of business on the west side as well.

People like to give buffets a negative review. I'm not sure why that would happen. This is a buffet. What do people expect.
I never had a problem at this location.

Today, I went to have Easter Dinner with my family. This white lady was so rude. She was yelling at all of the customers, being disrespectful and didn't have good customer service at all. She looked like she was in her 60s - 70s, she had short grayish-white hair and she had on a Black shirt. My Grandma couldn't even eat her food because it was cold and hard. Half of the food they were serving didn't even taste right, Especially the pizza and macaroni. Will not be going back unless they change the staff. Just unbelievable!! I wish that I could give them 0 stars

The place is dirty. It smells like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Dirty floors, ripped chairs, dirty tables. The bathrooms are a health code violation. Don't waste your money. The food was average. I would have rather ate at McDonalds.

Food is very good. Loots of employees. Lots of different foods. Everyone moves quickly. I like the layout of the restaurant.

Enter into a nicely arranged, clean environment and get ready to eat. The server was kind and attentive, which definitely boosted my experience. The cashier quickly took our order and we were able to get seated to start grubbing!

The food was good but some dishes didn't have enough salt and some dishes were practically empty. The salad bowl had lettuce that should have been picked out and several toppings were almost empty or not full enough. The ice cream doesn't look like real ice cream but to each his own.

Altogether my experience was okay and I'd go back just for the comfort. They need to keep an eye on their empty dishes and make sure the vegetables look really fresh.

This place is a nightmare! The food is disgusting and the meat is dry, the food is Luke warm- warm, I found a few dirty plates so this place is unsanitary, needs more food at the buffet cause there is barley anything to eat. The service was barley decent. I would not wish my worst enemy to eat here.

This place is DISGUSTING what a waist of 42 DOLLARS!!! It was very packed and food had NO FLAVOR. bathrooms were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING I seen a kid put his whole hand in the mashed potato's and eat it! I was there maybe 10 mins and was absolutely disgusted so I dipped tf out!!! If you want to have a good decent meal go to Erie Pennsylvania for Golden Corral where the bathrooms are clean and the people are actually decent

If I could give zero stars I would! The Brookpark Rd location is just plain nasty! The food doesn't taste good, the bathrooms are never clean, the restaurant is never clean, it's literally disgusting and I'm shocked they have not been shut down! I literally feel sick every single time I would eat here so we quit going. My cousin asked me to go to the one in Elyria and I was hesitant but she said it was really good and she was right!! Completely different restaurant! I highly recommend going there!!!!
