Joel Gilmore is the most honest, reliable, reasonably priced IT person that I have ever met!  He is VERY good at what he does and knows so much about technology.  What makes him really stand out above the rest is that he tells the client what is best for the CLIENT! Wow! What a concept!  If he feels the client would be better off getting a new computer, or getting new software, etc, he will advise them to do so, even if he would have made more money by not saying anything at all.  Most people would not even know better and just pay him to do whatever he said they needed, but that is not Joel's work ethic.  If you have IT needs, I highly recommend Joel Gilmore.

I'm a small business owner who just hired Gilmore IT Solutions as my IT person.  I had one of my computers crash.  Which means I was relying on my lap top as my main computer.  After a week of hassling with taking my lap top back and forth from my studio to my home office to keep up with my work I finally called Joel.

My first experience was that he returned my phone call IMMEDIATELY.  But it gets even better.   Joel came and picked up my computer the very next day.  That's correct, he came to my studio and picked it up.  Using his own gas, wear and tear on his car and his time.  Oh yes, it gets even better than that....  He fixed my computer within 24 hours AND delivered it back to me.

I can't remember the last time I've received such great service from anyone.  Joel made it extremely easy to do business with him.  Lastly, Joel is an excellent communicator.  Beginning with how he could help solve my problem; what it would probably cost to fix the problem (which was a very fair price considering he did all the running around and saving me time & energy); and ending with everything coming to fruition exactly as he had quoted.

If you are looking for a professional, ethical IT person you should consider Gilmore IT Solutions for your IT support.
