Yep, have to agree the Italian here is pretty nice. I had a good risotto loaded with seafood bits and tasty.
This place is gross. The pasta is packaged, not fresh, and it tries very hard to be Sabatino's, which is directly across the street, but it has much higher prices and much more attitude. Have gone there many times over the span of about 18 years and almost always have been disappointed.
The food here is great and I have tried several restaurants in Little Italy over the years. The only thing is that if they are busy the service can get a bit slow. I like the decor--intimate not too large as far as the dining rooms nor too small. The staff is always responisve for special requests as well. I rarely go anywhere else now for dinner when I am in Little Italy.

This place has great Italian food. Cool, intimate old school type atmosphere. I would rate it a 5 but I was a little annoyed that we had reservations and still waited 20 minutes to be seated.
