I love the quality of the shoes and the selection is great (on the wall - they OFTEN don't have the size we need, in the style we want).  The service is not so great.  Today they were asking me what size I needed for my 3-year-old.  Isn't it standard practice to size a growing kid up before bringing out boxes of shoes?  I sized him up myself and told the salesperson what size we needed and after two attempts, he brought out the style and size we requested.  The shoes are great, so it's worth a bit of a hassle.

The women's shoes are very grown-up.  I think I'm still 15 or 20 years away from wearing their sophisticated styles.
