This is an awful dental office.
I'm not sure of the name of the lady who was my dentist personally, but I'm sorry to say it-- she's just dumb. She gave me 6 fillings. 2 of them were WISDOM TEETH, which I had an appointment to have removed the next week. Yeah, I even told her they were going to be removed and she still filled them. I'm not even completely convinced that I needed the other 4 fillings, since I haven't needed fillings in 10 years and I take great care of my teeth, or so I've been told by every other dentist I've ever had. 2 of the non-wisdom teeth fillings were done so poorly that I had to go back and get them adjusted because they were so sensitive to cold and hot food, and were in killer pain any time I chewed.
The only good thing about Gentle Dental is the oral surgeon who comes in for them (only once a week!! annoying!). I think her name is Sarah. She pulled my wisdom teeth and made it very quick and easy. She'll even prescribe you some vicodin afterwards (yay!).

This place is scumbags from hell!!!!
#1- First time I go there, after an insurance company change. I need a deep cleaning and to buy this medicine for $160 that isn't covered. After that, they bill my insurance company for Periodontal Maintenance which is only  covered to 80%. WTF? I know they aren't doing anything special to my teeth and I know people who have to get regular periodontal maintenance and they actually had surgery on their gums!
#2- I broke a tooth. The Dentist wanted to do an overlay. The treatment adviser, some Russian Lady named Liza, said it was not covered by my insurance company and that I have to get a crown. OK, I fall for it. So after they grind down my tooth I come to find out the overlay is covered!!!!! They wanted to make more money off the crown.
#3- The dentist says I have to come in every 4 months for periodontal maintenance or I will have to have another deep cleaning. My insurance only will pay up to 80% for that 2 times a year. So, I get stuck with a $400 bill out of my pocket 100%, once a year. Last time the bitch, Dr.Peekwar? charged me $50 extra just to count my teeth and justified it as   a "comprehensive periodontal evaluation!"
#4- I call and ask what the heck is this crap? They tell me I have to call billing. Well, billing doesn't answer phones and they never call back. Imagine that?!?!
That was it, I found a new dentist that is closer to home and amazingly enough. I just get my normal 6 month cleanings and I have never had to pay anything extra!
Screw you, Gentle Dental! You corporate pieces of crap, lying sacks of scum!!! Enjoy all the money you took me for, you pieces of crap! They wanted $125 to move my records to my new Dentist! Die, you pieces of crap dental office!

I was a little cautious about going here in the beginning after reading some of the reviews, this was the only provider close to home and i was in pain so i decided to give it a try. They scheduled me in the same day  and warned me that i may have to wait.The wait was'nt too long the waiting room was crowded with families and it did'nt look very well done.The office looked big and not very HI tech as compared to the previous office i was going to. the person who took my xrays was  nice and gentle, i have a strong gag reflex  she was very patient with me.
The dentist who came to check me did a great job explaining to me what my problem was and what my options for treatment were.
the treament cordinator was very direct about my co pays and i chose the opton that i thought was best for me. they started right away with my root canal and got me out of pain. and i spent a fraction of what i did in the prev office for the crown.
overall i had a good experince and i saw other people being treated very well around me i am going to bring my family in too.

I also had a bad experience just this week.
#1- They said I need a deep cleaning and to buy this medicine for $160 that isn't covered. They also recommended arestin costing $45/tooth which i rejected. After that they asked me to come for periodic evaluation in a month and said i need to pay $59 which i did not knew when they took the signature. Also i found they had the signature of mine on documents which they recommended for arestin which was also declined by me. When i questioned the manager she behaved rudely and told me to get out. Also second time they said i have a cavity which was not mentioned a month back and said i need to do filling. When i recommended the one which is covered 100% they said it can't be done today. Then i said i am not coming next time for that alone. then doctor somehow said i can handle and did the filling. I am seeing the pain when i chew or drink anything cold even after 3 days. Not sure what screwup she did as i did not have cavities till now and there was no pain earlier. I already complained the insurance company and don't not what to do with this pain. Just don't go there it is a piece of crap.

Avoid this office.  Therr billing practices are highly suspect.  Their dental services are questionable.  They and their 3 corporate aliases do not answer their telephones, do not reply to telephone messages.  

Only go here if you want bad, overcharged dental disservice, if you want unresponsiveness and if you want threats, harassment and attempted intimidation.

Bad place.  I guess this is the new wave of dental service - a FACTORY.  Bad service from the get go, from setting up an appointment, to getting pressured for unnecessary service, and finally "Gentle Dental", is an paradox of a name.  

My teeth and jaw have been sore for a month since I had a cleaning.  They rush thru their work so the factory can keep cranking to their next billing.  Beware...

This place sucks. They try to upsell you on everything. Very impersonal.

UPDATE: I will expand a little bit, for the reader, on the nature of my dissatisfaction with these guys:

1) My dentist made aggressive efforts to scare me into buying unnecessary treatments (which other Dentists later said were not needed)

2) My entire mouth hurt like a train ran through it after their "treatment". The dentist was rushed and not very "gentle". If I had the time I would have checked her license status because she seemed incompetent.

3) The billing consultant is just a salesperson----she tried to pressure me into more and more treatment. It was ridiculous---I'm ashamed to say I had them work on my kids once, and they didn't like it either.

I seriously hope this place gets reprimanded by the Dental Board at some point. They are obviously a chain of sub-par offices who want to maximize profits and minimize care.

Normally, I pay little heed to posters with less than 5 stars. however, this place is SOOOO horrible, that I believe someone would come onto Yelp JUST to post a bad review about their hellish experience.

This place is AWFUL.... they upsell you like they are trained salesmen instead of dentists, don't use enough lidocaine, and are really rude about your teeth.  I have been insulted SO many times by my 'dentist' .... I made the mistake of going here because my insurance covered it, but will NOT be going back!!  Take your business to a non 'strip mall' dentist.
