Although I was curious about Genny's for a long time, I couldn't make the trip until Friday, June 8, 2007. For some reason, I ignored the world's hugest burgers and ordered the fried chicken accompanied with steak fries. I couldn't imagine a more bland take on fried chicken. The house salad was a very mediocre iceberg lettuce with tomato wedges. The frickled pickle chips are tasty, and I'd most certainly eat them again, but who needs to make room for a new fried food in their daily diet?
