very timely service and great results on dry cleaning. i had a dress dry cleaned with mold spots on it and they had it back to me in two days.

I just picked up my winter coat. A food stain remained on the lapel. Are they gas lighting me? I paid $20 and food stain is still on the coat. What did they do for $20? Not one thing. Do not go to this place.

Will not go back. After loseing pants to an new suit, they came up with some lame pro rated amount to pay for it. How does them losing your clothes end up cost me an additional $300 to replace. The right thing to do would be to refund the full cost of the suit. Stay away

The staff at General Cleaners were the most professional, courteous, and kindest workers I've ever come across. I was in a jam today and needed a suit taken care of due to an unfortunate wake and funeral tomorrow. It was closing time but each member of their irreplaceable staff did whatever it took to make sure my suit was fine. A truly incredible staff, that sincerely cares for their clients. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I honestly would not think about going elsewhere. I'm still blown away by the kindness and care that I received today. Again 10 stars and I thank you all at General Cleaners. Far and away the best in the business

I flew into town from California for my cousin's wedding. She and her now husband dropped off a number of items here, which included the husband's tux and his sister's brother's suit. Both of these items were lost on the date of the wedding and we were told that the troubles were not "[their] concern." They had to buy a brand new tux and suit 3 hours before he was to be on the alter, and still the goods are missing (I hope that they are found soon). To date, General Cleaners has refused to pay for these suits (they stated they would cover rentals, even though 1) rentals don't replace what they lost and 2) we could not find any place in the area that could size a rental in such short notice so a purchase was required).

I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will never give them my business again. That said, the groom liked the tux he bought better than the one he dropped off here!

Have only been here twice to get a suit cleaned, but I can definitely recommend their dry cleaning services. Have had many pleasant and engaging conversations with the woman who works the counter (it has been the same one every time).

I have only had items dry cleaned a few times here over a few decades.
This most recent time, they were supposed to call me when it was ready. I went in a couple of times to see if it was ready but the lady in the evening didn't know about it and said I had to check with the lady who works days. She'd left her a note a couple of times but I never heard from the day lady. Then I called in the morning and she said she was waiting for a call from the place they send out the laundry to. She said she'd call me back that day and never did--it's been a couple of weeks. I finally called her again today and she said she'd call right back but hasn't yet and I know it's almost the end of her shift.
The lady in the eves was nice but said she doesn't have contact with the place they send the stuff out to.
BTW my item was an expensive one and I was made to prepay to have it dry cleaned. It was supposed to be finished last month.
As a laundromat the place seemed pretty good; sufficient numbers of washers and dryers and a working coin machine. Another big plus is plenty of free, nearby parking since it is located in a shopping plaza. The only complaint in that regard was the chairs appeared too dirty to sit in.
I can't wrap my head around the fact that my item (prepaid) has disappeared and the business's answer is to ignore me and hope I forget about it? I have never had an issue like this in my life with any other business.
