We recently were looking for insurance and decided to give Gene Morgan a try. WOW! What a great place to get all your insurance. Deanna was really easy to work with and gave us a quote fast. She's on it! She even beat our current insurance by a few hundred dollars and we got more coverage.

I've been with Gene Morgan Insurance Agency since 2005, with the exception of about a year when I was talked into switching to Farmers (big mistake). When we switched back, The amount of my monthly bill only changed by about $20 but I was getting a much better policy!!! Deanna is amazing and I will continue to recommend her to anyone I know looking for better insurance.

I came to Gene Morgan Insurance after my previous agency raised my rates after a car accident. I felt the rate hike was way to much and decided to shop around for new insurance.
I first hit up some of the big names companies seen on TV and got my quotes and a lot of unnecessary SPAM email. I also decided to try out Gene Morgan Insurance.
I called in and spoke with Michelle who was very friendly and helpful from the start. She took all of my information and told me that she would need some time to build a quote and that she would call me back with the details. Within one hour Michelle had called me with a quote that was $100/mo less than my original company and $50-100/mo less than that of the other companies I researched.
Needless to say I have gone with Gene Morgan Insurance for any insurance that I might need. Quick response time, low prices, and great customer service.
I still get SPAM from a lizard and lady with red hair. -

As a young 21 year old, I did not know what insurance company I should make alliances with. As with anything else, I asked my sister for some advice and she gave me 3 different insurance agencies. I got a quote from all three and like my sister had predicted, I got the best price with Gene Morgan which is GREAT because saving money always makes me happy. Karla was the agent that was recommended by my sister. She was very helpful, very very very patient, prompt, and understanding. I would recommend her and this company to everyone.
So if you're searching for car insurance, DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS! -

Excellent customer service, professional staff, and got the best rate!
I shopped around for my business insurance with three other brokers and Gene Morgan insurance was the most responsive, professional and provided excellent customer service. I worked with Michelle Morgan and she responded to all of my emails promptly. I got the most comprehensive coverage at a much lower rate than what the other brokers found me so it was an easy choice to sign with this insurance agency.
We completed everything via email and phone and it saved me so much time and effort.. Michelle was super friendly and answered all my questions to ensure that have the right coverage.

This agency is great. I was pregnant and not wanting to deal with the stress of comparing companies to find not only a good price but good insurance through a reputable company. They found a good rate on our vehicles, and went out of their way to make it as stress free as possible. We have since had to make some policy changes and found additional discounts we qualified for with ease. Being someone that has worked in the industry, I can say they do a good job. Best place in the area to have an agent.

My experience with Gene Morgan Insurance Agency has been nothing but great! I needed health insurance, and called to let them know I was coming in. When I went in, they already had plan options printed out and ready for me. They explained what they thought the best plans were for me, and kept in mind the costs that would be coming out of my pocket.
I got the application that day, took it home, and took it back into the office the next day. The staff was so helpful; Marnie and Linette were immediately available to go over my application with me to make sure everything was filled out correctly.
My health insurance application went through quickly. Any time I've had questions about my insurance policy, I can just call and will get help quickly.

Gene Morgan Insurance Agency is a great place to do business - because above all else they have excellent customer service. I know that anytime I have a question or concern, I can call them up and talk to a real person, instead of a machine.
The agents are always willing to work up a quote for me, and their response time is great.
Also, it's worth mentioning that I've never spoken to an unfriendly person at the office. Everyone is really pleasant.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking insurance. I have used online companies in the past, and I'll never go back. I currently have auto and rental insurance through Gene Morgan, and I'm considering adding health insurance as well.

Best Insurance company I have dealt with to date, hands down. I actually stumbled upon Gene Morgan Insurance through my wife's parents. I had an internet insurance company before, and was used to dealing with people on the phone and MAYBE getting a response every now and then, but after dealing with this agency, I'm not sure I'll ever go back to those impersonal agencies ever again!
My wife and I recently got married, and she had been with this company for a while--and though she recently had an accident, Michelle (my primary contact, I've also worked with Marnie who is excellent) bent over backwards to get us the best savings. We also have our renters and ring insurance through them. With the multi-coverage, we are easily saving a lot of money and getting excellent service at the same time. I definitely shopped around through a few different online agencies, but they couldn't match the pricing, and for SURE couldn't match the service.
I have emailed Michelle maybe...a million times? And every time she has responded promptly.
I was hesitant about going with a brick and mortar insurance agency, and after MONTHS of research, I highly recommend this place. -

i never thought i would give an insurance agency 5 stars, but they honestly deserve it! i was in search of a renters insurance policy for my apartment, and even though i live in San Jose i contacted Gene Morgan Insurance i spoke with Michelle after being referred to her by a friend, and she worked around my payment plan and needs
she easily went above and beyond, and made me feel comfortable and confident with her insurance policy, we talked a couple times over the phone and even via email, i was hesitant and thought i could get a better price somewhere else, a couple days later she even called me back and said she has the perfect renters insurance plan for me, i got a great rate and she even saved me money by setting up my direct payments with my checking account
also since i dont live near Livermore, she sent all paperwork to my address, and made it easy for me to see what was going on with the paperwork as well, and to top it all off, she even sent me a Target gift card after referring a friend of mine a couple weeks later!!
