Look for him year 'round, but he is easier to find in the summer months.
The first time I saw this guy, I thought he may have been a new member of the Jackass crew pulling shenanigans all over town in weird get-ups. Turns out, no not so much, he's just plain CRASIAN.
This guy wins. Any one with the balls to ride around town in kids pajamas and a drum major cape gets at least four stars. Minus one star for him spinning shitty music at a house party and then proceeding to roll around the floor in his underoos.
R.I.P Gene! We'll miss youuuuuuu.
