This guy wins. Any one with the balls to ride around town in kids pajamas and a drum major cape gets at least four stars. Minus one star for him spinning shitty music at a house party and then proceeding to roll around the floor in his underoos.
The first time I saw this guy, I thought he may have been a new member of the Jackass crew pulling shenanigans all over town in weird get-ups. Turns out, no not so much, he's just plain CRASIAN.

You will know him by his boombox and his dancing skills. He may be in lycra. He may be on roller skates.
This mysterious Asian hipster performs for all, yet seems not to care about the eyes watching him.
Look for him year 'round, but he is easier to find in the summer months.
