I'm guessing our rep is from a Best Buy closer to IAD, but my review is specifically for the Geek Squad service rather than the Best Buy retail location itself. Buddy, thanks for making me look like such a valued member of my business. If I didn't have to troubleshoot or setup my coworkers' workstations almost every time we got a new one because you actually did your job right the first time around, I'd be a lot more compartmentalized here.
Hmm, four out of my last five reviews hovering at 2 stars? Pretty soon I'll be accused of PMSing.
