My computer died on me last week. I was not happy. A quick call to Geek Choice got me my own personal computer nerd scheduled for the very next afternoon. I know nothing about computers so I can't tell you what was wrong or what the guy did to fix it. I do know that he had to replace a part but he had one in his car that was even better then the original one that came with my computer. Plus he helped me remove some unnecessary software that had been slowing my machine down. The guy was polite, knowledgeable and even showed up early. Parts and labor came to $250, but it was well worth it since he did such a good job. Plus, neither the person answering the phone or the tech complained about my location in the parking hell that is the North End. I have had service people do this. Geek Choice even called me on Monday to see if I was satisfied with their service. I am and I highly recommend them. They repair both PC and Macs.
