Don't be fooled. . . the phone number is disconnected and as I type this Tucson has NO public ice rink.  [sigh] It is hard not to think that I live in the middle of nowhere sometimes. . .
On the bright side, I'm sure a new Applebee's is opening somewhere around.    /sarcasm
