Review from Pete S.
Highlands Ranch, CO
Gary Meyers is an amazing Flamenco guitarist. I first saw Gary playing in Vail, Colorado more than year ago and have since seen him at many venues in the Denver area. Gary's mastery of the flamenco guitar is simply out of this world. When he is playing a gig he always captivates and pleases his audience. If you are looking for Flamenco guitarist to play at your wedding, private party, corporate get together or special event I highly recommend him.
Gary also teaches guitar lessons and has provided me with much inspiration. In less than year I have learned a tremendous amout about different scales to spice up my lead guitar playing, proper right hand picking and he has corrected most of my bad habits I have developed over my 20 years of my playing.
Gary is very knowledgeable extremely patient. His lessons are tailored to what I want to learn and the music that we work on, covers all the techniques that are necessary to improve my skills. He makes every lesson fun and he works with me until I am comfortable to move on. He has wide veriety music styles he can teach including: Flamenco, Rock, blues, Pop, Theory and impov. If you are looking for a excellent guitar teacher, advanced or beginner player give Gary Meyers call to start your guitar lessons.

Meet the Business Owner: Gary M.
Gary Meyers began his journey as a self -taught guitarist at the age of 14. At this young age, his inspiration came from artists such as Ace Frehely of Kiss, Joe Satriani, Eddie Van Halen and Randy Rhoads. Gary quickly found that the classical guitar was his calling and after graduating high school, Gary went on to study classical guitar under virtuoso Masakazu Ito at Colorado State University in Fort Collins Colorado, who is recognized as one of today's top guitarists, acclaimed by musicians, composers, conductors and critics for his mastery of the instrument and its repertoire.
In 2002 Gary began studies with Maestro Rene Heredia, regarded as one of the world's most proficient and respected flamenco guitar masters. Rene, a pure gypsy, was a direct flamenco descendant of Sabicas (1912-1990), a self taught virtuoso considered to be one the worlds best and most influential flamenco guitarist. Sabicas was also recognized as the figure that set Paco De Lucia on his path.
