Ah, my Pizza Love! Thank GOD this place finally opened up in Redmond. The pizza is fun and original and gourmet and cooked JUST right. If you're looking for "signature" Jim's, get the Hawaiian with coconut in the crust. I know, it sounds odd, but how normal did pineapple and ham sound to you the first time?

Meh. I think there's just no great pizza anywhere around seattle.
Garlic Jim's didn't really do it for me. It was quasi-good. The diet coke of good... :) Pizza is a hard thing though... it really is purely opinion.
I liked the crust better than average and the topic selection is much better than average. The crust is slightly thick and chewy. I'm not a fan of medium thickness crust. I either want NY thiness or Chicago style.
So there are plenty of topping choices, but they didn't seem especially high quality like Pagliacci.
THe pizza reminded me a lot of jet city. If that's your bag, you will probably like this. GJ's pizza was less greasy and more creative, which is why I like it a bit better. I will probably try it again, but I would have to be in a weird mood and have a coupon.
