This place doesn't seem as gnarly as people say it is. Maybe that's just a result of my Market Street Cinema visit desensitizing me from everything sketchy and skeezy in the world, as well as the fact that we didn't go into the back room this time. Overall, it did seem cleaner than I thought it would be, after reading some other people's reviews.
If you're a girl, chances are you can get in for free, or at least cheap. I think it's free if you bring guys with you. I think the non - discounted cover is $20, which is pretty standard for SF clubs.
The club itself is tiny. I thought Little Darlings was tiny, but this place is even smaller. It"s basically two or three rows of chairs and a couple small tables in the back, so a lot of people stand. If you sit in the front and tip, the girls will, of course, come up to you and give you special attention, motorboating and what have you.
The girls are decent- looking; no super - knockouts, but no one scarred me for life. Girls are always going to be of mixed hotness levels at any club, but they're pretty good here. Some of them could work the pole pretty well, too.
So, I'd say it was a fun time for all. Not too shady, but still delightfully tacky.Listed in: So, You're In North Beach...

Me and my friend went (2 females) and walked out about an hour later. GOE is no where near as good as the strip clubs on Market St. We got there and it was dead just 1 couple and 4 strippers. (Yes, only 4 strippers and the danced in the same rotation over and over). Me and my friend were pretty much ignored. Just cause we're females does not mean that we wouldnt enjoy a lap dance or the same attention as the men. Hell we tip better when we like a girl or think she's cute. Eventually 2 more girls came and it became the same 6 girl rotation, doing the same moves, in the same outfits over and over and over.
The only good thing was we got in free. -

I'm not going into details as to how our double date night ended up at this place after dinner. But all I can say is you live once and it's the spontaneous times that make life fun and interesting!
With that said, it was an interesting experience indeed. They gave us a special: 30 per couple so essentially 15 per person, which wasn't bad. I think my friend and I enjoyed ourselves more than the guys. We got a kick out of the other men putting the tips in front of us so they can see us get a show. I wasn't too impressed with the ladies though. Cellulite and tats depreciated the beauty in my opinion.
The guys happened to sit close to the stage when the prettiest girl went up to dance. Those lucky bastards! But she ended up being a real tease - only stripping until the very end. I was that close to yelling, "TAKE IT OFF ALREADY" when she finally slipped her bra straps down.Listed in: Nightlife in the City

I will not deny the fact that I had an absolute blast at this place when I threw my cousin his bachelor party. We had a party of about 16. We each paid $20.00 for a wristband that would get us into three other topless/strip clubs in the area (I cannot recall the names of the place).
Either way, the staff seemed professional in greeting us at the door and being prompt to offer the groom a slough of lap dances.
We waited a really long time to see if there was a girl-on-girl strap on show, but we got too drunk to stick around and see it. Apparently it happens toward the end of the night, but I have a hard time believing this.
It's A-OK. It's pretty small, has decent women dancing. Some women who have the ability to flex their pectoral muscles. I mean how can you turn that down? Oh and plus points for the dancer that looks like Winnie Cooper. -

Our group of three went in on a Saturday night for a friend's birthday. He'd never been to a strip club before, and I am fairly certain that after his experience at Garden of Eden, he'll never go to a club again.
Getting inside was fine, we paid $30 for the three of us. Once we were inside we were a little surprised by how small the joint was, and it was packed and a little difficult to get around.
About 3 out of 10 girls were attractive, and 9 out of 10 were very aggressive in trying to sell a lap dance. The $60 price for a lap dance was a little high, but as the night wore on, they started offering 2 for 1s, 3 for 1s, and finally 4 for 1s. I didn't do a lap dance since it's not my thing and I was there for my friend.
Both my other friends did lap dances though. The first friend paid $80 for his dance and tipped $20 for about 15 minutes of dance. My other friend, however...it got more interesting. He was pretty drunk and we paid $60 for him to get a dance. But then a half hour went by, and we hadn't seen him, and the place was closing, so we asked staff if they could help us find him. The man at the front door, who was busy feeling up his ugly girlfriend and showing off his bike, told us that he's having a good time.
Another half hour went by and my friend and I went to get some pizza at a place next door (it is 2:30 a.m. at this point) and as we're leaving the pizza joint, here comes our other friend, apparently having ultimately laid down close to $1,000 for whatever may or may not have happened.
Well, that's all good and fine. Drunk people will do drunk things. The next morning, however, my buddy who spent the long time in there with the stripper discovered his wallet had been emptied. Now I'm not saying the stripper stole his credit card, transit card and cash...I'm just saying it was there when we went in and wasn't there when we got home. -

From all the sleazy bars this is probably the less ranchy of all of them. I been there more than once, but really it's kinda more a depressing place than a place for looking at nude girls for fun. The girls are very nice to talk to, but sometimes they are too wild for me. I'm only went to get fake girls who find me ' attractive'. It was more a high to me, then seeing them nude. they were beautiful, no doubt about that, but it's sad to see girls do this type of job when some of them are really better than that. . It's was pretty lame by myself to head to such places, but if u are feeling lonely and wants to have fake girls pretending to like you. Go to this place.
(the stage is bright and close. The VIP rooms are pretty decent. Sometimes you can get two girls lapdances are the same time like me. There is a set up bed in one room if you really want to waste your money like a total fool. Yes I did that there once. BURN WALLETS!!!!!! The bartender is probably the coolest person to talk to. I talk to them, more than the girls. They hate when I don't pay attention to them. ) SODA IS LIKE 3.50 or something like that. No beer is sold in bar, sorry bar flys. It's way way overpriced like the lapdances. ($60 for fully nude lap dance: it's a minute long or something like that). I based it on the song, so get a long song. The bathrooms are pretty damn clean, and well maintance. It's very close to the VIP rooms. It's unisex.
15 dollars to get in, you might be able to get a 5 dollar discount card, if you know people like me. I have a million of them. Bouncer are really nice. I had a fun time hanging out with them during smoke breaks.
The best girls are 'Star' and 'Hailey' (IMO)
Honestly don't go into a strip club, it's not healthy. Just go home and watch porn. It's free on the computer. -

I've never been here, but my friend told me all about it. From what he said, it sounds awesome. The dancers are pretty aggressive so you have to be careful not to get swindled. If you go on an off-day, like a Tuesday or something (which I've never done), it'll be empty and the ladies will be all over you.
My friend likes to creep them out by asking them what blood type they are. They'll most likely leave you alone after that.
I'd like to go here, but I'm too busy reading the Book of Job in the Old Testament and denouncing evolution to go out. Someday... -

This club is waaaaay too raunchy for my taste!!! There's no attempt at ambience, romance, or even artful lust...it's straight up lechery without a towel or phone call afterwards!!
The door can be pricey because they don't serve alcohol here (no fully-nude club in SF can...it's illegal). So, you're sitting there drinking your dinky cup of over-priced Mountain Dew while watching really skanky women do really skanky things on stage and practically give themselves gynecological exams for one or two dollars in tips from the almost-all-male, overly excited audience of creeps you wouldn't feel comfortable sitting next to on the bus.
Oh, and if you're female? Don't sit too close to the stage unless you're okay with being included in the show by being hoisted on stage, having your shirt pulled up without your consent, and having a complete stranger remove her panties inches from your face (this happened to TWO friends of mine the night we went). Hey, if this is your cup of tea, more power to you...but for us, it was, well, a bit much.
I'd skip this one. There are better clubs out there. 'Nuff said. -

Monday night, all bored... what can a couple teenagers do on a weekday? Not much to do really. Maybe go smoke some hookah, watch a movie or.... strip club!
Me and my buddy decide to head down to Broadway to try out the clubs around there. First of all, I was really impressed with all the flashy lights which made the street energetic. It kind of made me feel like I was in Hollywood again.
This guy out of no where jumps in front of us and offers these $20 bracelets which makes it possible to go to about 4 offer strip clubs in the area. I was like OK, it sounds like a deal. Believe me, it was not. This place was like a brothel with over due college students, who only work to pay for their tuition *wink wink*. Of course that's what they want you to think but what the hell. Their was like only one good looking girl but she doing her own thing sitting in the corner....
The place is ubberly small and I cannot stress that enough. DJ was like chilling the whole time not giving a damn anything. The smoke machine they have in place would be a nice touch if the place was BIGGER. I've been to strip clubs allover SF and this is the WORST.
Garden of Eden? More like Garden of Whatt the ....! Save your money and go to Crazyhorse or Centerfolds. I hope I can save you from this place. -

So we were out and about with a girlfriend and she got to talking about how it would be fun to enjoy some erotic art. We figure sure.. why not?! It's a Thursday night and really we just wanted to enjoy good company (our friends, not the stippers!;). We got here around 1:40, just in time for the last dance. We notice nobody's sitting at the stage so we pull up. The girls is cute and we're having ourselves a good time. Right before it was about to rain, the DJ, some dude in an all black tall T & black Jesus piece, makes a comment from across the club about me rearranging my tips to be more presentably worthy of the dignified effort being put forth by the beautiful young stage performer. Fine dude, you made your point, whatever it was... but no, he keeps on going on saying how he'll "rape me!!!" Riiiiiight... time to bounce. She grabs me and says "please stay.." Sorry honey, I know we're the only ones tipping you at the moment but my anal virginity is being put at risk. Duces.
Before leaving, I head over to the DJ booth with smiles to try and smooth things out - no sense in leaving any interaction on bad terms. He's hostile like he wants a fight. E'z up, as they say.. On the way out the bouncer even said the DJ gets angry toward the end of the night. All I can say is, good luck with life! To the proprietor: I can give you one good reason you're not making as much profit as you could be... Your help is almost literally chasing people into the streets!
It's sad, I can't say that I come here often necessarily, but I do remember having my 18th birthday here. Also can be said that I won't be back here anytime soon. Maybe when they get some better taste in musical selection............

Ok, this place is one of the trashiest strip clubs I've been to. They are a full nude strip club so there is no alcohol provided. The strip club is very small and there is only one small stage that all the guys hover around. The place gets super packed on Friday and Saturday nights. Right when you walk in, you see the lap dance booths to the left and in the room there is one stage where all the seats are faced. The wall is completely mirrored off. They have recently completed a restoration which improved the look . . . a little.
Let's talk about the girls. The girls are not pretty by any means. They are the nastiest girls, but there are one or two out of 20 that are decent. I have to admit, the girls may not be the best looking, but you know they are the funnest to watch. They bring people on stage and humiliate the crap out of them. This is why I gave the Garden a 3 star rating, because the girls are very entertaining and fun. I mean, who goes to strip clubs for the sexual aspect? We all go for the entertainment and laugh at the patrons who are humiliated (like the guys who get spanked on stage).
One warning I'd like to offer you is that I was given a full menu of how much an "extra" would cost. First of all, you're stupid if you take them up on the offer . . .second of all, the girls are nasty and you are probably the 30th guy they serviced. Just be careful and don't do anything stupid. Otherwise, have your fun and get ready to laugh at the guy who had his baseball cap rubbed on some stinky butt crack. -

We got in free because it was at the end of the night. It was packed with horn dogs standing around. A little too skanky, not a classy place.

Good looking girls, best in the area on the night that we went.
Sometimes they'll offer you something for free. Just a free preview. Take it, enjoy it, but don't pay anything else (I mean, $60 is way too much).
Other times, a girl will talk to you, then get on the stage and focus for an entire round only on you. Pretty good stuff, but I would advise keeping the wallet tight enough that singles don't just randomly pop out. -

Wandering away from happy hour, a lapse in good judgement drew us into this place...way too early. So early, it was like a private club for us that looked like a dumpy leftover from the '80s on the inside. We were like raw meat in a tiger's cage.
Stepping out for drinks and returning three hours later, it finally got crowded and interesting. I thought most of the girls were decent, a few a bit aggressive about selling a lapdance. Sometimes for a free DVD or t-shirt. Like I want that stuff.
It was a bit amusing to see every dancer windex down the pole before their turn (something I realize makes complete sense and had not seen in clubs outside of SF). And I thought the female audience participation was...uh, an interesting surprise... -

a couple of VIP tables lining the back, a smaller stage circling the seats. i've been to other clubs where the girls pressure you way harder for dances. every time i've been here we all have been BLASTED. the girls looked decent and they pulled one of the home girls on stage for a little menage a trois action-e!
tried to get her to show her stuff but interacting with the females in the audience is a definite +1! -

What a rip off. Got a VIP dance over the weekend and they double charged me on two of my cards when they were only supposed to charge one of them. I will be contacting my bank and filing an official grievance against them. Whats worse is they didn't even give me the full time on my dance. The girls are hot, but being overcharged by $300 does not make it worth it. Save your money and move to a different club down the street.

This was my first time. Surprisingly, it was different than I expected. My idea of strip clubs comes directly from movies and TV shows. I expected a big room with multiple catwalks, poles, and ladies walking around everywhere serving drinks are other services. This is not what happened at Garden of Eden.
This is a small joint that charges you and your group a cover. If you can talk slick and have group that looks like they will spend money or something, you might be able to cut a deal with the bouncer. For instance, we had a couple of military guys and some girls with us, so our group of about 8 got in for $30 total. I think they charge $20 each usually. Inside there's a small stage with one pole and girls take turns dancing on the pole. Usually it's a solo girl, but sometimes groups of 2 or 3 will dance together as a team. The lights were dim and the place was kinda crowded, but not too crowded. I found a seat around the small stage easily. It didn't seem like it was that dirty inside, but it's hard to tell with the dark lighting. There were some creepy looking dudes, but since I was in a big group, it didn't feel to dodgy. I never imagined myself sitting in a chair waving folded dollar bills. I guess most importantly, the girls were a little less than decent looking, but nonetheless decent, so it was not bad.
Overall, it was an interesting experience for my first time and I spent $20 total--can't beat that. I'd recommend going with a big group (8-10 people). -

Ok, so being a guy, you know I've been to some titty bars. When I was 18, many moons ago, my friends and I would come here. 18 and horny, knowing were going to get to drink a beer or two, and see naked women!!!!
Well that's about as good as it gets. This place smells like badly kept genitals, and the women are not all that to look at. I'm a fan of tattoos, I have some, but to see a woman who looks like a crack head TRYING to look sexy is just plane UGLY. I guess I liked this place when I was younger, but being older, and having my fair share of fun with women, I have come to realize there are FAR better places to go and see naked women. Plus with a 20 dollar fee to just walk in and a 2 drink min, there are far better places to spend money and see the same thing.
All in all, I'd rather stay home and grab the lube and beat the midget, than spend over 40 to 50 at a shitty lil place like this. It gets 2 stars because there are naked women, and sometimes one will look pretty good....sometimes.Listed in: EWWWWW....you went…

Now this was a good time. Came here for my bachelor party. Fully nude, no alcohol club. The girls were all hot. Some of them did not seem like they wanted to be there but the majority were very friendly and nice. I had some come up to me just to congratulate me on my upcoming marriage, ask me if I wanted a dance, I declined, they smiled and said, "ok have a wonderful night".
I did get a lapdance here and it was a bit pricey and they try to hustle more money outta you. Set prices seemed to be 40-60 dollars per lap dance but they tried squeezing every penny outta you (no pun intended). But all in all it was a good time cause the chicks were so hot and a great variety. There was the average stripper tight body to girls that had a bit more meat on them and all races. And A LOT of girls. Very nice variety.
The downside is that this place is pretty small and seemed to get REALLY crowded.
If I go back to a club, this will be it for sure. I'd go drinking first somewhere then head here. -

The one word to sum up this place is SHITHOLE! The flashy green sign entice me to go in and I pay the five dollar cover charge at the door. The inside smells dirty and the it looks gross and unkept. There is one stage in the middle and the girls are called up to dance one at a time. The women are trashy and unattractive. A flat chested white girl enters the stage and circled around the pole. She made little eye contact with the few people in the audience and mainly looks at herself in the mirror. All of the sudden a dark skinned stripper grabs my hand and attempts to drag me to the back room for a lap dance. I'm soo turned off and frightened that I run out of the place. I haven't been to a strip club since.

This club is very small and has limited seatings so the choices of seating are the back row (which fill up quickly) and the front row. The atmosphere is nice, has a garden theme and the lights is easy on the eyes. Seating is comfortable and i think drinks are free, maybe because i tiped well i dont know. The ladies that i veiwed were not great the first time i went. They were older and not very pleasent to look at. They had one or more of: harry, loose skin down there, saggy stomachs (like they just had a baby, and/or breasts so large and deformed she should have sued for a bad breast job. But besides that they were very eager to please. They were not afraid to rub you touch you and give you special attention while on stage. The second time i went in (1.5 hours later) there were younger ladies up on stage. They were not as eager to please as the older ladies but they had moves and bods to make you want more. Most ladies were nice and did not hassel you for too long, and the dj has good sounds and only asks for tips when no one tips (which is most of the time (cheap skates)).
Really good expericnce plus, pay an extra 20 bucks for the red arm band at the door, this will grant you in an out privilages for that same club that day plus Hungry I, Little Darlings, Roaring 20's, and the Condor club with no extra charges. Great time. -

I've been here a few times. THe guys at the door won't give you a deal. It's small. It's crowded on the weekends so most likely you'll be standing theres enough seating to sit 20 people. The girls are a little better looking than the other low end clubs around. You pay $20/$40/$60 for either a bikini/topless/full nude dance in a tight little space which is like a stool with beads to cover your face. Save your money!

Somewhere there is a picture that shows me on Broadway giddy and smiling, pointing to the large blinking sign outside the Garden of Eden. It was a memorable photo that was also the first nude strip club I had ever visited. I was under 21, but that is OK here. Since they don't serve any alcohol, the age limit was 18. After paying an exorbinant fee to enter the premises, guests are handed a large bucket size Coca Cola (R) glass that can be endlessly filled from a tap machine in the back. A tiny stage surrounded by chairs offers patrons to "Sniffer's Row" a front row view of the action. Upon my first visit, a slightly willing female compatriot was yanked onto stage and had various articles of clothes ripped off as she joined the stripper in her act. Most of the women were cute, but some looked completely washed out. The requisite smell of stripper perfume filled the air and my clothes and I savored every second of my first experience -- until I grew older and realized that this place was pretty much a seedy dump. A few years later I had a coupon that supposedly admitted you free. When you get to the front door, the con men ( err, I mean door men) insist that you still must pay 20 bucks to get in to cover your "drink charge." In a town known for amazing food -- this has to be the most contrived and outrageous price for a soda...ever! For your next night on the town, skip the Garden of Eden unless you can wile your way past the tards working the door.

the last time i was out here was in 2006, we did a party on broadway and it was dead.... stop by garden, found out it was my friend working there... got hook up no problem... didn't really blew me away but its something to do... haha...
