The store is kind of small and a little cramped, but the people who work here tend to be knowledgeable and helpful.

It's a game store, like any other game store. It's a little cramped, and they base some of their more hard to find game prices on "eBay prices", which if you're looking for rare games at better prices, you're better off going to Game Crazy.
I also don't like how you can only get exclusives if you pre-order the game and they still continually bug you about it. :/ I can understand for some games, but others, really?
My main beef is some of the employees there are VERY heavily bias towards one system or the other. So if you ask about something from a system they believe to be crap, they'll act that way towards you and your question. Once my bf and I were asking about a game for the Wii, the employee there scoffed "the Wii is so dumb." Why would I want help from someone like that? If you don't know anything about video games, and you want to know if the PSP or DS is better, they won't give an honest judgment and will tell you which is better based on what THEY like, NOT what you like.
Take it from someone who used to work at a game store for 4 years, I was never bias like that. I helped customers based on what THEY liked and helped them find gifts based on what their friends and family liked.
You're better doing research for those kinds of things online. If you're just stopping in to pick up a game, go for it. ONLY pre-order if you want the gift or if it's a more niche game. You don't need to pre-order the 500th Madden game, they'll always have plenty of those in stock, and even then, if they don't you can easily find it elsewhere.
