Dr. Nasakin is really a great dentist. I have been going to her office for almost 2 years. They used to be located on El Camino, but have since moved to a much nicer office on Park Blvd about 6 or 7 months ago. One of my first appointments with them was for a deep planar scaling which went extremely well. Even though I was nervous about the procedure, they were very reassuring.
The staff is very friendly and do a great job of reminding you when you have appointments coming up, and they try their very best to work with your insurance company.
I have an appointment coming up to take out my last two wisdom teeth which frankly terrifies me, so we'll see how that goes.
All in all, I would highly recommend Dr. Nasakin. -

I was going to Dr. Nasakin for over a year.
She gives you big pricey list of what needs to be fixed without really explaining why do you need this or that.
She was trying to fix completely health tooth and now it has problems. Even problem teeth she was fixing started to give me more problems in couple months after going to the dentist. -

Best dentist I've ever had (and I've had over a dozen in all the places I've lived in the US). Nice office and great support staff. Great skill inside my mouth. Unfortunately, I had to spend a lot of time with her after a skiing accident eliminated three of my front teeth. She did great work repairing and restoring them - and worked hard to make sure I was really satisfied. Any other dentist would have stopped much earlier.
Really good at managing all the insurance obligations and easing my logistical burden. I don't think I've ever filled out a claim form - and my out of pocket expenses have been very very reasonable. Flexible on the hours - and willing to accomodate my frantic schedule.
She was also very helpful when I broke another tooth one day - and cleared room for me to come in for the emergency visit. -

I go to Stanford and I needed an emergency root canal. Dr. Nasakin was AMAZING!! I am one of those people who has always dreaded the dentist (I have genetically bad teeth that are very cavity-prone). I always get lectured to about brushing and flossing, despite being top-notch with my tooth-care. My previous dentist, after I told him I brush floss and rinse like a pro and that I don't smoke or drink soda or eat candy, said maybe I should cut back the amount of juice I drink (I love orange juice). JUICE! I just want my teeth and cavities taken care of, I don't want a guilt trip. I frequently cry at my dental visits : (
Dr. Nasakin was the best! No guilt trip. She understood that bad genetic teeth suck. She took excellent care of me and the procedures went as smoothly and were as comfortable as any dental procedure can be. I would definitely see her again for all dental needs and make her my regular dentist!!!
The only reason this is not 5 stars is because I called for another appointment, but got scheduled at the El Camino office, and not with Dr. Nasakin. That office was HORRIBLE. They said someone called in sick, so while I was just in for a cleaning, I was there for over 2 hours just laid back in the chair with my mouth hung open. I do not know how the two offices are still linked. I recommend that Dr. Nasakin disconnect herself from that office. Her Park Blvd. office is gorgeous, and the service and experience and care are all ten times better than that at the El Camino office.
To sum it up: DEFINITELY go see DR. NASAKIN at the Park Blvd office! And definitely avoid the El Camino office. -

What a weird dental visit, I came here because it's not far from where I work. I went in and told her about a tooth that was bothering me. She brushed it off and didn't give me any advice on what to do about it. Halfway through the visit, the office manager Shoshan came in with a long printout of what was supposed to be wrong with my teeth and the thousands it would cost to fix everything. I never got an answer about my bothersome tooth and I am still looking for a dentist. And my tooth is still bothering me. The vibe here is "It's all about the benjamins, baby." I also posted this review under palo alto dental care.

I would probably give 1/2 a star if I could. I have seen her colleague Dr Chinnam several times and was very satisfied. I made a follow up appt and they changed me to Dr. N. without asking (1 star down). I had my teeth cleaned and then was presented with a long shopping list of what needed to be done/repaired. None of this had been mentioned 6 months ago (another star gone). When she completed her discussion with me she moved over (back to?) another patient and began working on her mouth. I asked her if she was going to change her gown - and she said "oh no, this is to keep me clean and I only change it every few days" AGH - so much for infection control - and the rest of the stars vanished. Disgusting lack of professionalism and very unsafe.

Galina has been my dentist for 4 years. She has an attentive staff, state of the art equipment, and, most importantly, an earnest interest in the well-being of her patients. I recommend her with no reservation.
