Gadwall's Grill

Whenever I'm visiting or on business, I always steer clear of the "chains" and look for the hole in the wall local favorites and very seldom am I disappointed.

While staying at camp Robinson in North Little Rock, another group of us went to Gadwalls and once again, no disappointment from myself or the others.

I had the Hamburger Steak...double patty, grilled onions smothered in brown gravy with a side of fried okra and onion rings ... Let me put it this way...I enjoyed it so much, I ordered a single burger and the massive chili dog w/slaw on top TO-GO!!!

Being originally from Hawaii, I am a huge fan of Yuengling Beer...The U.S.'s oldest Brewer...and am kind of a foodie

If you are looking for the place where the locals gather, then look no further. Here at Gadwall's, all your favorite American dishes are served with the hospitality of the south. Best Onion Rings I have ever had. Large potions.
If you are looking for high end, you are coming to the wrong place. If you want a place "where everybody knows your name", then you have found it!

Place is disgusting. I've walked in and had to walk right out. The kitchen is very very dirty. Definitely needs to be cleaned and overhauled

Good service, good food, good people. Not really anything bad except it's closer to a mom and pop shop. Nothing fancy, but dip good enough to slap yo mamma.

I was hoping for a little more. You seat yourself. The restaurant had nice de or for a grill. Our server was attentive and friendly. The food was typical fast food grill type. Onion rings were loaded with oil but they did come out hot and crispy. The club sandwich was okay. The bread seemed a little soggy but overall kinda tasty. My biggest complaint was we had to wait a while for our food while watching people who ordered after us getting served their food first.

Favorite burger joint in Sherwood/NLR. Fantastic food, service and local folks. Try the cobbler and the fried pies, the blackberry is to die for.

Love the food and the service here. The servers are always super friendly and attentive. Lunchtime is super busy today. They've been here a long time and the seating area is definitely eclectic.

I love this hidden treasure! I can honestly say that I have never tried anything on the menu that wasn't delicious! The service goes above and beyond to please their quest. Love the at home feel of the restaurant. We will continue to be customers for years to come.

Great food, wide variety, friendly service! A fun place to eat! It gets pretty crowded at lunch & evenings too, but I've never had to wait too long. They also serve beer & wine which is a plus in my book!
There's also some outside seating that's covered if you want more privacy!

A pretty homey, small restaurant. It's got that single location charm and fairly good service. The drinks are good and the food is better. Would recommend.
