Gabby's is what Applebee's claims to be: your neighborhood grill. Very popular among Wyoming residents, it has a fair variety of grilled sandwiches, pizzas and other Italian fare, and dinner plates, but the burger is definitely the best offering here. It's generous in size and juiciness but not overpriced. The pizzas are darned good, too, and offer the sorts of hoity-toity gourmet twists that the Wyoming sort demand: kalamata olives, feta cheese, eggplant.
The location doesn't make it broadly accessible, nor is it particularly worth a drive, but it's a good place for a casual meal if you're in the area.
Gabby's is a great asset to Wyoming. Great pizza, delicious salads, and a great selection of cold beer make this a favorite for Friday nights and for weekdays when the thought of cooking dinner is too much!
I like Gabby's a lot, and I think it is worth a long drive. I agree with Jim l. about the servers there. On week ends they have a band that gets the place hoppin'.
