We arrived on a Friday afternoon right as this BYOB opened (5 PM) and were seated immediately. Thankfully they are a nonsmoking establishment. Outdoor seating was available but we declined, opting to test the classic, well-lit interior. The background music was classical when we got there and jazz towards the end - my friend thought it was loud.

Service was impressive. We were checked on frequently and our water glasses frequently refilled. My friend's glass was actually removed at one point and replaced, ostensibly because of her lipstick stains! Our dishes were removed quickly when done; the staff were knowledgeable when asked about food selections or what was on our dishes. (Did I mention that we were served by a smolderingly hot waitress?) Food was brought out quickly.

FuziOn has Thai-Japanese-Chinese cuisine. Their menu is neatly organized into Appetizers, Rice and Noodles, Beef, and Seafood. Specials were presented after we were seated. We ordered:
- Appetizer sampler consisting of spring rolls, crab cake (with a pineapple topping!), duck dumpling, pot stickers, and corn fritters ($8.95).
- Peanut phad thai noodles with eggs, bean sprouts, tofu, and shrimp with pepper on the side ($10.95).
- The penang talay which had little neck clams, shrimps, and scallops in a penang curry ($18.95) and a side of brown rice.
- Soft-shell crab with a side of eggplant (special; $19.99) and white rice.

Surprisingly, we were given a plate of complementary crab meat fried rice (normal $8.95) which was moist and amazingly tasty. I can honestly say that I haven't had fried rice like it in a long time.

They offer a wide variety of desserts that are prepared by a third-party bakery - I couldn't resist the toffee torte (heavenly).

The check was provided without asking but we were assured there was no hurry to kick us out. Reservations recommended if you plan on dining here on the weekend. Dinner carry-out available. Recommended!
