there are literally no good eats in this town..
until my husband brought me a salad from Fusion.. much to my surprise i thought it was pretty good..?(mediterrean salad) ..it reminded me a lot of the salads i had while working in a bistro in sAN Diego.. i've gone back twice and had sammies both times.. a Caprese style panini( AWESOME please put this on the menu permanently!!!) and a pastrami ...
its pretty simple food they make here..sandwiched , salads..etc.. the do offer daily specials which in my experience were good..i've also seen the BBQ announcement but i have yet to experience that. the staff is friendly and the service is quick and efficient.
i still hold my opinion that if you are a foodie, like i am, you will be pretty disappointed with the selection in grand coulee, but i hold FUsion cafe as a seed of hope that all is not lost. at least we have one place to have some very tasty lunch fare. this is the only place i would really recommend to someone visiting , passing through..or to someone who just wants some quality eats. :-)
