540 Auto Park DriveThis review is more for the service department. Don't go! They have thieves working for them. It's a good idea to clean out your car before you leave it cause these guys will take anything. When I first moved here I got my car broken into. "Welcome to California Bitch!" Thanks. They smashed out my windows when they messed up and ended up breaking my head unit. Add insult to injury. You couldn't just leave. You messed up and had to break something?
I ended up taking my car to Fuller to replace my windows. I have a ton of change in the ashtray. I notice they took change. Probably to buy a soda or something at the machine. Okay, I don't count the change in my ashtray. I'm not that anal. The only reason that I know change is missing is that that's where I keep the scews for my access panels in my car. I work on my car alot and it sucks to keep unscrewing panels so I keep it off when I'm working. I'm working on my stereo and I decide to lock things down but guess what! No screws. I'm guessing this guy was really hungry and thirsty and saw my change. Grabbed a hand full and merrily went on his way. Didn't bother getting what he needed. Just grab and go. Change and screws. Thanks Jackass!

I got a GREAT deal over the Memorial Day weekend, only because my stepmom, husband and I all bought cars and made our car salesman Fernando a huge commission! But here's the problem:
The following day, I noticed all the scratches my brand new car had! And, the keyless entry stopped working! I called Fernando and he said to come by and the service dept. will take care of it. I did that, and I just recently washed my car last weekend, and ALL the SCRATCHES ARE VISIBLE, AGAIN. Also, my keyless entry STILL doesn't work properly!
Their finance department is really pushy and not accomodating. They called me 2 weeks after I bought the car for a paycheck for proof of income, and expected me to bring it the same day! Hello!? People have schedules too you know. Then, my car salesman calls me at my house and says to me "Hey, I hope you bring your paycheck and that you're good for it". WTF is that supposed to mean??? How do you expect me to buy a car with not making MONEY!?!?!?!?!
Also, when I came back to have my car checked out, 3 of the car salesman were fighting infront of the parking lot and all the customers were there, watching! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Don't buy your car here. Go to Ball Honda, Pacific Honda, any Honda dealership but NOT this one.
I had my eye on the Honda Fit for quite a while. This compact car came out in the States in 2007, but has been in Japan and Europe for years..... Low emissions, great gas mileage and a surprising amount of cargo space with flip down seats made it a winner in my book. I had searched high and low for a vehicle to meet my needs- reasonable price, eco-friendly and lots of space for my dj equipment. You can even fit a 7' surf board in it! The only problem? Every one else wants them, too, and they are on limited release.
I contacted a bunch of dealerships and got the usual slimy feeling from the dudes. They can't help it; they are just trying to make a living, I know. It just sucks when you know they are playing you.
Enter Bill, internet sales guy at Fuller Ford & Honda. He replied to my email inquiry and cut straight through the b.s. He quoted me the MSRP, which absolutely nobody had done on this in-demand vehicle.
Feeling like I might actually be able to trust him, I went down for a visit. Bill delivered and worked his butt off for literally DAYS to track down a car for me... doing some big time negotiating with other dealers to do a dealer trade since they all want to hold on to the Fits.
He even took me to the Coor's Amphitheater parking lot to try to teach me how to drive a stick in a half hour. (Notice, I say "tried". I bought an automatic :) I guess I needed a little more time. Hehehe...
So, if you want to buy a car from someone you can actually trust, Bill in Internet Sales is the guy. When I buy a new car I'll definitely be going to back to see him. Until then, I love this car!
