One of the Business' Favorite Reviews What's This?
after seeing all the reviews on this i had to try it...and oh boy did it not disappoint...i was soooo excited and my mouth was salivating when i made the plan to go here because i had seen all the reviews
we came here tonight and got in around 8:20pm right after shopping at the SPECTRUM and we waited for about 30 minutes for a party of 3.5...my 2yr old son came with...
so we get there and we order the following:
- SALMON SKIN ROLL- This was my first ever Salmon Skin Roll and i think i will be ordering them at every sushi place from now on...so pretty good here
- SEAFOOD SALAD COMBO w/ CURRY-DON- the fish in the salad were perfectly seared...perfectly seasoned...and at the perfect temperature...along side the field of greens and the pepper sauce...it tasted very fresh...the Curry was one of the best i have had...then again it is hard to mess it up....but with all the veggies and the rice just made this one taste better without the meat...if this is being vegetarian...sign me up
- NORIMISO (*i think...dont quote me)- This is the Fried Japanese Eggplant with a sweet miso paste...this came out hot and fresh again...the funny thing was were trying to figure out the topping on the eggplant...and we totally forgot that it was a miso paste and finally remembered upon leaving...(i know i know dont tell me)...but anyways...this was definitely a favorite at the table....even my son liked it
- HOT SOBA w/ SPICY TUNA DON- this was ok...i think it tasted a little to healthy for me...but yet flavorful....the spicy tuna with mayonnaise was a little weird at first (consistency)...but once you mixed it with the brown rice and wasabi w/ ginger...it tasted ooooobbberrr
- HOT UDON w/ KATSU DON- wow! that is all you need to know...the first time i had katsu that wasnt super crunchy that it made the roof of your mouth raw after eating a plate of it...
all in all....my salivation was satisfied...after eating...i thought to myself that i ate like a pig...yet i did not feel like our 4 legged friends...
and yes...this does mean that we are coming back...especially seeing that we didnt spend an arm and a leg
OMG!
BEST in-house made Udon and soba noodles EVER!
I plan to bring anyone and everyone here if I have to entertain in the Irvine area/ OC!
You can also order the fluffy brown rice alternative if you wish!
The price isn't so bad because I got the HOT soba tanuki w/ Oyako-Don for less than $10 for dinner!
The wait is TRULY worth it!
This is my NEW fave authentic Japanese spot (besides Shin Sen Gumi Ramen) in the OC!
I love this spot!
The colder seasons are beckoning to me to eat at Fukada more often, and I don't even have to think twice about giving in. When it comes to their handmade udon, living in Irvine already means I'm a lifer. Living just a few quick stops up the freeway means (with scarf now in tow), I'm stopping by more and more for a piping hot bowl of their nabeyaki udon soup which is, quite possibly, my most favorite thing on the menu.
Like most of Fukada's menu, nabeyaki udon is incredibly simple, which is why I love it. If you've been to Fukada (but have never seen/heard of it), it's that mysterious earthenware pot that arrives steaming hot at the next table. It has all the essential goods usually found in your typical bowl of hot udon, but a few more so to make the meal experience all the more hearty. Not only do you get a mound of extremely delicate udon noodles, you get some diced free range chicken, as well as a cracked egg with runny yolk - deliciousness! Not to mention, the lone piece of shrimp tempura plus the few cubes of tofu add to the overall meal completeness of this simple soup that I often crave during this cold weather. You can also get nabeyaki (like any other soup preparation at Fukada) using their delicious soba.
Overall, if you've seen the lunch and weekend crowd, it'll be evident that Fukada probably took over Taiko's long reign as Irvine's busiest restaurant (even though the two are barely comparable). However, I've been going after 7:30pm on most weeknights and haven't had a problem getting seated as of yet.
I might get a lot of flack for saying this but I think Fukada is way overrated. Perhaps I didn't go with the right choice when I decided on the hot soba with tanuki (tempura batter) and shrimp and egg don w/ brown rice combination. Well let me rewind a bit and tell you how it all went down. I walked in and noticed that while all the tables on the sides were occupied, the communal table in the middle was more than half empty and the bar in front was almost vacant. Even then we still had to write our names down and wait to be seated. Hm. Okay.
Fortunately, the wait wasn't long. I decided to use the bathroom which is waaay in back. By the time I came back out we already got seats at the communal table. Oh yeah. You will see a few paintings and their noodle-making room on your walk back. Take a gander if there is a wait because there are neat little captions below each painting. I didn't bother reading them but I'm sure it had some interesting pieces of information.
We got our food fairly quick. One word that instantly comes to mind when I think of their noodles? Lots of green onions! The soup base is very dark but the flavor is very salty. Luckily, there's noodles in there to balance it out. The soba noodles were pretty dang firm, not something that I'm use to. It was decent but nothing makes it stand out. The shrimp and egg don with brown rice was decent. You get two shrimp tempuras mixed with egg sitting on a bed of your choice of brown or white rice. The brown rice was very sweet. The big metal soup soon was convenient for eating noodles but not so easy for eating the rice. I pretty much left thinking, "What the heck just happened?" We weren't even satisfied. The prices were great and they have a bunch of combinations you can choose from for about $10.95.
The food was average but there is way too much competition for Japanese food in the OC. A dozen of other restaurants come to mind when I'm feeling for Japanese but I doubt Fukada will be one of them...
Love their Udon and Seafood Salad! Just make sure to get there around 11:15 to get ahead! I'm not kidding! The wait here could take forever and for those who do not have the luxury of spending two hours at lunch time, just be mindful! Parking can be a pain too, but for what it's worth...THE FOOD here will make you feel better!
Wonderful! Worth the wait; every second of it.
Came here for lunch. The food was really good but you have to get here early to get a table. They have a great lunch special with udon or soba and sushi or donburi. I got the spicy tuna donburi and it was amazing. My boyfriend got the curry donburi and loved it. I am usually not a huge fan of udon because a lot of places make it too bland or too salty but this udon was very good. The brown rice in the donburi bowl was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend this place.
Best Udon outside of Tokyo. Fresh home made Udon. Could not get better. I like the egg or chicken Udon.
The place is busy but the last couple of times wait was reasonable. Get your name on the list as soon as you come in!
Bottom line, some of the best Japanese you'll have in Orange County outside of Japan. Their Udon is delicious and I've been told it's made in-house.
Word of warning, this place is always busy so come early and be ready to wait at least 20 minutes to be seated.
My meal of choice is hot udon tanuki style with unagi-don hot tea and a glass of water. Done!
good stuff.
for the price... fantastic!
i would have given it a 5... but it gets way too busy. oh well... during lunch.. get their when it opens or come right before closing (1:45pm).
I LOVE how healthy it feels to eat here. I love how you can order combinations because I'm super indecisive and am never able to decide if I want noodles or rice. Getting both for one low price? Score.
My favorite so far.. their udon! I think I like the noodles itself way more than the broth. It just has the most amazing chewiness. Best udon I've ever had.
The Seafood Salad is loaded with pieces of seared salmon/tuna so you actually feel like it's worth what you're paying and it actually fills you up.
Spicy-tuna don is wonderful. The chicken-don is so-so. Not very memorable. But yay for BROWN RICE... it's hard to find brown rice at restaurants and a hassle to make. Thank you Fukada for serving it! If you want, you can even do half white rice and half brown rice in your order.
Service was friendly and attentive. Our cups of hot tea never went empty. I enjoy the eating environment and large communal table.
Came around 7:30pm on a Sunday night and waited about 10 minutes.
Always fresh, plain and simple and healthy Japanese food. Now open up a location in the SGV!
Over rated alright.
The wait was not worth it. (Roughly 20 minutes).
And the food itself is not THAT spectacular for how long you have to wait to get seated...
I suppose the price was decent enough, and it's pretty ingenious to offer brown rice because it suggests that the restaurant promotes healthy food. Genius I tell you. And it runs out FAST.
However, I will tell you at the moment that I'm definitely not coming back to endure the wait.
I found Fukada as a result from looking up sushi, so we were on our way without reading further into the reviews. When we arrived, we were extremely disappointed when we read a review that told us they didn't have sushi. So why is it even listed as so? Great job.
Our waiter was attentive and helpful and made sure my girlfriend's tea was refilled constantly, as well as my water.
Spicy tuna-don: Wasn't spicy, but it was fresh and went well with the mayonnaise and the rice.
Udon: I ordered the tanuki topping to go with my udon. The broth was SO good!! It was so flavorful and just the right amount of saltyness. I remember going WHOA in my head after I took a sip of it. The noodles were just right.
Green Tea Tempura Ice Cream: At first I was too full for anything else and just wanted to see what kind of dessert they had to offer and just went "meh" at everything until I saw their tempura ice cream. I HAD to order it! It was really good, I loved the tempura shell around the ice cream.
Our wait wasn't that long at all; it just felt like it because we were both adequately starved. My girlfriend and I had no idea that it was so popular, and I think it definitely lives up to it's hype. Their noodle room is pretty cool too. :D
I must say Fukada has the one of the best noodles hands down. Fresh, simple, healthy and delicious! My wife introduced me to it a while back and I've been hooked. I tend to get the noodle and brown rice comb because that is the best bang for your buck but their soft shell crab is to die for and eggplant taste might exquisite. I highly suggest Fukada if your into eating healthy appetizing food.
Yum!!! I LOVE Fukada! When I worked in IR, I ate here all the time for lunch. They have great lunch specials. I am a huge fan of their seafood salad, which is always fresh, and the spicy tuna-don. Their udon is also very tasty. Everything is fresh, organic, and delicious!
This place is especially busy around lunch time, so get there early! And, if it's super busy & you're in a hurry, you can take-out your food... you'll get it a lot sooner than waiting for a seat & to be served. =)
Good, solid food.
Went there at 6PM on a Tuesday night. It was practically empty. I ordered the udon w/mtn veggies and the spicy tuna don combo. All our orders came very quickly, and we must have been hungry because we finished in like 20 minutes. The udon was decent, not soggy at all, but it didn't blow me away. There were plenty of veggies in here and the broth was pretty light. However, the spicy tuna don was delicious! I saved that for last. Tuna mixed in some mayo served over white sushi rice or brown rice. My friend also ordered the green tea tempura ice cream. Portion-wise it was disappointing, but she seemed happy with it haha.
All in all, it was a good meal for a chilly evening. I'll be back for lunch next time when it's $8.50.
This place is sooooo yummy! The lunch specail is only $8.95 what a steal. It includes...
You can get a bowl of handmade soba or udon (either hot or cold) and with vegetables, or tempura batter on top. I really enjoy the broth because it's not very salty and doesn't just have that soy sauce taste.
The lunch special is also served with a choice of a rice dish. Oyako don-chicken with egg over rice, or you can get my favorite bbq unagi (eel) over rice.
Brown rice is healthy but very delicious!!!!!
Agadashi tofu..one of the best I have had. It isn't just tiny pieces of tifu fried..but good size portions of it
PLEASE COME TO SAN DIEGO FUKADA
My Fukada,
Fukada, fukada, fukada. I can't get you out of my head. People were saying good things about you, but you completely rocked my world. You're amazing. I'm sure you have dates every night, but I'd love to go out again. I'll swing by your place around 7:30ish?
Granted all I had was your sashimi, but that's all I need or want. I'm not quite sure I believe you when you say you're all-natural. I guess I have to take you at your word. It's just hard to believe when your salmon was such a rich sunset orange, with a soft, yet smooth texture. I swear the faint ridges in your ridiculously smooth skin never seemed to end. I can tell you took a while to prepare, but trust me, the effort was not lost. Your deep, delicate, succulent, pinkish-red tuna tasted so perfect. I resisted the urge to swallow you whole...I had to nibble at it first because I didn't want the adventure that is your pink fairytale to end so quickly. You caused me to order more and more. My tongue has never been so satisfied. I'm licking my lips just thinking about you.
I'm not sure I'll ever be able to look at another piece of sushi in the same light. To me, the rest are just meat.
Call me,
Dan
This place is not worth the hype that everyone gives it. The wait is always long, the food isn't seasoned all that well and you can't ever seem to get a good seat. I've been here several times, so I'm openly admitting this wasn't a one time bad experience.
Best Udon in North America. Hands down. Broth is smooth, comfort food. Noodles soft but not soggy.
Toppings galore - mushrooms, duck, tofu, egg, giant shrimp, you name it. Yum Yum
Deep in the desolate lands of Irvine (LOL) a young hero ventures out for a taste bud tingling adventure.. a strong, brave soul who dares to wander through such dangerous territory......Will she make it to hidden treasure? will she taste a sweet ambrosia? Will her journey be not in vain?
Behold the land of Fudaka. **Weak trumpet sounds in background**
.................................................. Okay.........................................
It was lunchy time.. I was in the mood for Japanese... (It is next to Tommy Pastrami... Bah.. I should have went elsewhere)... I went the wrong way and ended up at Fudaka.
No one greeted me... I had to sign my name on a book and wait... I was second in line.. they served a dude that came after me- Boo.
Then I was seated but some guy who looks like he fap's too much in the back room to 70's hentai..... Creamy. :P (j/p)
Good note- Service was FAST- I think I finished eating within 15-20 minutes (from entering to paying bill and jetting out)
Bad: Food was.... really... sad. The sashimi salad was DRENCHED in this gingery... citrusy sauce.. blah. It came out salad soup. The tempura roll was tiny.. 4 pcs the size of a baby fist- Old tasting too- The tempura was hard and.. stale.. the nori was.. rubbery.
I may come back if I'm starving and I get sick of all the fast food places around me.
Adventure..... FAIL!
Fukada is one ot the few good places to head to in South Orange County for soba or udon. Their chawan mushi is excellent as well as their broilled salmon belly (harami). I like their cold udon with grated daikon during summer.
I don't think they do a good job with sashimi or chicken terriyaki and I have never had any of their rolls. We go there for the noodles. There is usually a wait to get in for dinner so we go there for lunch or early dinner (as soon as they open).
Do you ever walk out of a restaurant... hunched over, and feeling like the fattest pig in the world? Well, that's not going to happen at Fukada

The food is fresh, clean, and healthy (with the exception of tempura based dishes). This doesn't have the feel of "dirty Asian food" that's usually infested with MSG. Don't get me wrong, I love eating a bowl of Ramen and then taking a 3 hour nap afterwards, but it was nice to change the scene a bit and go here.
We ordered:
Seafood Salad x2 (Seared tuna/salmon, scoop of fresh crab over a bed of greens) and I think ponzu dressing? $9.00. I love how clean and yummy it is!
Cold Soba: $5.50. I ordered the very basic one just in case I was still hungry. Again...clean, refreshing, and subtle in flavor. Me likie!
He ordered a combo with his seafood salad and god the Oyakadon bowl (is that what it's called?) with chicken/egg over brown rice. It's yummy and more rich than the other dishes. It was difficult to resist eating the whole bowl of rice from the sweet/salty sauce they had going there.
My only gripe about this place is that they take forever to seat you. There are clearly tables open, but are slow to call the next person. They don't do this in a douchey (the Standard club/bar) kind of way. But, they still take their time nonetheless.
Best Udon oustide of Tokyo. The place is always packed. Don't forget to put your name on the list, otherwise you'll have to start the process over again.
I like the combo between the Udon and Chicken Oyakodon combo. Great deal. For approximately 10 dollars you will be satisfied. I keep going back. It is like an addiction.
95% of the time I want to eat Japanese food in one form or another. The other 5% I want cheeseburgers. We were heading out to the spectrum to go watch The Proposal, which was good. Especially when Sandra Bullock is nekkid! Well, she's not completely nekkid, but as close as you and I will ever get to see her hadaka (nekkid). Jesse James, you are one lucky SOB. Treat her right, or you will have to answer to me. I'm exceptional with a bowstaff :)
Back on track. I've tried the so-called Japanese joints in the Spectrum. I firmly believe that the cheeseburgers and onion rings at Red Robin are a better example of Japanese grub than say what Maki Maki gives you.
So I heard of Fukada and knew it was close to our ultimate destination. Walking towards the door, I spy the "they loves us on Yelp" sticker. Immediately, things are looking up.
And....then....they look down. It felt like groundhogs day going through the menu. I'd see a list of items on one page of the menu. Then 3 pages in, I see the same exact list of item again. They must really be proud of their udon because I must've seen it listed 4 times in their menu.
So we decided to give their udon sansai (udon with veggies) a try. Along with gyoza (dumplings), chicken tatsuta age (fried chicken), chawanmushi (steamed egg custard with seafood), and chicken nanban (spicy chicken).
Nothing here made me cream my pants. Well, I'm not going to lie. The chawanmushi did make me cream myself, jus' a 'lil bit. That's because I dripped some of it on my lap;)
~chicken tatsuta age - nothing out of the ordinary. Just chicken.
~udon sansai - nothing to brag about. Bland. Not light. Bland.
~chicken nanban - more sour than spicy. Didn't finish it.
~chawanmushi - I'm like a spouse with low self-esteem that gets the
crap beat out of me, but can't resist going back to it. Never really ~
acquired a taste for chawanmushi, but always think I will the next
time.
~gyoza - fukada's savior from the depths of a 2 star review.
~service - attentive. Seemed like all the servers working that night
came to see if we were doing alright. I want to hug them for that.
And I want the waitress there to have my first born;)
Maybe my expectations were a little too high gosh darnit. But I'm not budging. I will say this though. It's better than those other places at the Spectrum.
Came here for the first time today. I would've given the place 4 stars but the value of the lunch combo definitely puts it at 5 stars.
All I have to say is, do yourself a favor and order the seafood salad combo with spicy tuna don.
Seafood salad - I'm a guy. Let's face it, sometimes it's hard for a guy to order a salad as a main course at a restaurant without being ridiculed. This is not the case at Fukada. The seared fish to greens ratio is like... 3:2 (fish:greens). WTF?? There's more seared fish than actual salad?! Yup. It's good quality too, though the salmon was a little more well done than I'd prefer, the tuna was perfect. The sashimi was quite fresh and I'd probably end up paying twice as much at another restaurant for the fish alone.
Spicy tuna don - I felt like it wasn't spicy enough at all for spicy tuna, probably the mildest spicy tuna I've ever had. The flavor was pretty good though. (Ask the server for a slice of lemon and squeeze it over the rice -- you won't regret it.)
Getting both for 8.95 is just too good to pass up. Best value for (Good) Japanese food I've ever experienced.
Fukada!!!! I don't know why what but the name made me want to scream out their name. The place is very nice and small. It's kind of hard to notice them unless someone you know took you there (which what happened to me).
Don't forget the lunch/dinner specials. It's really a good deal to get a bowl of ramen/noodle and a bowl of spicy tuna bowl. The spicy tuna is what brought to my attention. The tuna is chopped and mixed with their special sauce. What's interesting is the fact that we can substitute white rice with brown rice.
Eventhough not many of my friend would prefer this place, Fukada is a nice little restaurant I'd definitely come to.
This place is not a sushi bar! Why is it listed on yelp as such? For that reason, this place was majorly disappointing.
Food here was ok, nothing too special. Service is slow. While there are empty seats and waiting customers, wait staff visibly move at a snail's pace. I asked for a box for my leftovers, but never got one. I had to ask a waiter and a waittress for the check before I got one. On the upside, it looks like they serve unfiltered sake by the carafe. Could be a cool place if they marketed it right, but right now it's like a diner.
Best Udon I have had. Hands down. Great food place. Only drawback is line. Go on a weeknight!
besides the enormous crowd, the food is a-mazing. my boyfriend recommend this place, it was his "go to" spot during his stay in orange. it's a super cute, very modern japanese cafe with all the good stuff. they're known for their udon combos which comes with a side. i usually order the tempura udon with the spicy tuna don. i am totally hooked on the spicy tuna don with a choice of brown or white rice. seriously,if i could live off of anything, i would so live off the spicy tuna. the wait is pretty intense, especially when you're hungry, so i suggest you get their early. they open at 11 close at 2 but reopen at 5 so the earlier the better because it gets packed quick.
Yelp has once again semi steered me in the wrong direction, but it always ends up being a happy ending.
I found Fukada while looking up sushi. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SUSHI DO NOT COME TO FUKADA! They only have 4 rolls to choose from and they're of the plain variety. If you're looking for other Japanese dishes, mainly noodles, then Fukada is the place to be. The restaurant itself is a nice, serene environment.
Sushi and noodle combo (crunchy roll with hot veggie udon, the udon was incredibly delicious! It was the perfect texture for me and the broth/soup was flavorful and not too salty)
Cold veggie soba
Fried squid (ULTRA deliciousness)
Tuna sashimi (nice thick slices that melt in your mouth)
TOTAL: ~$35
You will feel rushed by the wait staff if you're there even a bit past closing, although not in a rude way, but I understand where they're coming from so I can't be mad.
This past Saturday I went to Wild Rivers with my girlfriends, and we decided to eat somewhere right after because we were starving. My girlfriend esther recommended, well actually yelled out Fukada!
I had the salmon teriyaki, which is pretty not that hard to mess up when it comes to cooking, but it was still delicious none the less. My friend esther had the seaweed salad which was AMAZING! and curry-don. I lvoe japanese curry and found that it had the right amount of spices, and also drenched over rice it was totally comfort food.
Max had spicy tuna don and when you mix it together, it was really good. I just want to say, everything we tried was really good, but pretty much you only want to go there for the rice dishes, so like other reviews, sushi isn't that great. But I highly recommend the place, it's kind of small, but the wait is totally worth it!
Ate this for lunch before I went golfin with a few of my buddies. I ordered an udon and spicy tuna don combo. I must say that the Udon is pretty decent. It is not as salty or strong tasting as I would like, but it does taste healthier.
I really like the spicy tuna don and the spicy tuna rolls here.
I think I should try some of the soba noodles next time. I tried some of my friend's it was pretty good.
What the Fukada?
Damn they might as well call this the place guys take girls for dates. Seriously, almost everyone I saw there was paired up and looked like they were on a date. The atmosphere is cool pretty nice and a good conversation piece. Sadly, as crowded as this place can be...I just did not find that the food was anywhere near as good as the hype.
I ordered the Shrimp Tempura Udon (Hot) and all i tasted was water. The only flavor the broth had was the tiny bit of soy sauce I put in there. Total disappointment. The highlight of the meal would have to be the albacore tataki that I ordered. My only complaint about the tataki was that I wish the fish was sliced a bit thinner. They were pretty thick for my liking.
Overall, this place was a let down given all the hype that everyone has talked about...
This place is absolutely delicious! You can pick anything on the menu and you won't be steered wrong. My personal favorites are the salmon skin roll and the teriyaki chicken bowl. I have gone to this place a bunch of times and have yet to be disappointed. I recommend that if you are in the area that you give this place a try because i know you will be marking Fukada as a favorite on your GPS soon after. My only qualm with them is that they aren't open 24/7! The quality and deliciousness of the food here make this place incredibly rewarding for the taste buds.
I really loved this place! I got udon and tuna over rice. Totally yummy! Atmosphere was really nice, simple and clean. We did have to wait a long time for a table but it was worth it.
I ordered the lunch special with cold handmade soba and spicy tuna-don ($9), which both were delicious. The restaurant is a bit on the small side and they have a long wooden communal table in the middle. I also tried the fried eel, spicy crab, and eggplant. Definitely solid, will be back to try more dishes.
I came here based on a Yelp recommendation suggesting the Spicy Tuna Don. It's pretty amazing. It's a quasi-spicy tuna roll, but on a bigger scale. I've only ever had this because I only come here when I'm craving that particular dish.
I've been here with my boyfriend and my best friend and they've both had the teriyaki salmon and said that it was delicious.
When I searched this on Yelp, I was looking for sushi. When we got to the restaurant, I discovered that sushi was scarce on the menu. They have very few rolls available. If you're searching for sushi in this area, it's probably not your best bet.
I love this place!!
I'm going to have to agree with the 39382704893 reviewers on everything here: freshly cooked, organic, slightly pricey, house-made udon/soba, small place, etc.
I usually get
-Lunch combo: Sansai soba [hot]+spicy tuna bowl with brown rice
-Seafood salad =D
The family's been coming to Fukada for years and it's always delicious. One of our favorite places to eat.
Can't beat the hot-or-cold noodle / Japanese dish combos. The noodles (soba or udon) are always fresh and perfectly cooked. The brown rice goes surprisingly well with every dish, even the spicy tuna bowl.
Their nabeyaki udon is fantastic and their various other little dishes are wonderful. One of the most noteworthy Is the tatsutaage or fried chicken pieces. The spicy soy bean paste that you dip it in makes the dish. Another is the grilled eggplant brushed with a sweet miso glaze. Both dishes are staples at any izakaya or Japanese eating / drinking establishment, but I usually enjoy them without a beer.
Their tempura is also great. Don't forget to try the lotus root. It's got the crunchy consistency of an apple but it's not sweet. I prefer it with a sprinkle of salt as opposed to the dipping sauce that it comes with.
I could go on and on about the great food and exceptional service but if you're reading this Yelp along with any of the others who talked about Fukada, I think you've got a pretty good idea that this place is definitely worth a try.
