Went back to Fuji for lunch this afternoon! We're never disappointed!
They start you off with a tasty bowl of miso soup. We also ordered the vegetable tempura - which was terrific.
If you go between 11am-3pm, you can take advantage of their sushi lunch special:
two rolls for $9.99
three rolls for $14.99
These are some of our favorites, so it *always* saves us money! Try them out!

Another dissapointing experience here. Food was very sub-par. The most accurate description of the sushi is probably close to Publix Supermarket Sushi. Prices seemed reasonable, but the building seemed to be in very bad condition, and atmosphere was really tacky. I don't think I will be back.

Came here on a Saturday night. Hibachi food was excellent! Made us filled and tasted good. Hibachi chefs were fun and talkative. But the only complaint I have was the salad was lacking ingredients and felt like service could been a bit better.

The good news that this is probably the best and safest cheap sushi you will ever find outside of a grocery store refrigerator case.
The not-so-good news is that it's not the highest quality sushi you can find.
Meah, I like cheap so four stars it is. If you are at all picky or cautious though, you should probably go somewhere else. -

Fuji Sushi Bar & Grill is the best AYCE (All You Can Eat) sushi in Pensacola. Though quality of the sushi is fairly average, and the menu leans more toward Americanized sushi rolls as opposed to more traditional rolls, the value for your dollar can't really be beaten.
This review is primarily concerned with the all you can eat portion of their sushi menu, a fair amount of their rolls not available unless you pay for them separately. The Dragon Maki, Smoked Salmon Roll (Philly Roll), Tiger Eye Roll, and Spider Maki are some of the better representatives of their rolls, there being very few rolls that I would consider bad.
Service there has always been excellent, and all sushi buffets come with a sliced cucumber salad, and a bowl of miso soup, both of which are of acceptable quality. My only real complaint is that even on busy nights "refill" rolls on the all you can eat sushi tend to be bumped to the bottom of the sushi making queue in favor of take out/called in orders, or patrons ordering regular sushi rolls.
Acceptable sushi quality, good service, and the best pricing you can get for all you can eat sushi equals out to a very enjoyable meal. -

Love this place. The hibachi chefs are hilarious, and not asian at all. Food is delicious, and there is a TON. Don't be fooled by the stained carpets and slightly shabby appearance as I was when I walked in, this place is great.

Fuji offers a decent variety of sushi and a very reasonable cost - although it's not the best or highest quality (you cannot beat somewhere simple that sells inexpensive sushi).

I love Fuji! I've been a fan for many years. When my favorite sushi bar (Hot Rock Sushi) closed down, I tried several sushi bars and this one was my favorite. It's not the best sushi I've tasted, but for Pensacola, the price, andthe variety, I think it's great. They also offer all-you-can-eat sushi for $19.99. Can't beat that! The hibachi is great too! Sut is the best hibachi chef. Atmosphere is great! The servers are friendly. There might be a better sushi or hibachi in town since I've started going here, but I'm a loyal customer that I don't really want to try anything else. At lunch, they also have a hibachi buffet. It's fine for the price, but hibachi for dinner is so much better.

EXCELLENT SUSHI! I got it to go just to try it out, ate it, was amazed and drove back to get more. For the price, it is really good. I mean i had cheaper sushi in texas and did not like it very much, so i think this as cheap as it can get for you to enjoy it. The atmosphere is very pleasent and not very cheap looking inside

Used to be a bi-weekly regular and if you want good, cheap sushi this is the best place. I hold Fuji near and dear to my heart. Try the green dragon and super tuna.. arguably the best rolls in Pensacola

not the best sushi in town but the young and those not very familiar with sushi love this place...i have to go to this place since my friends drag me here to eat authentic japanese food...i just don't have the heart to tell them that this is the most americanized-japanese food i have ever tasted....
