Great wine list, tasty salads (with nice little extras, like warm goat cheese), awesome individual pizzas, and super-yummy desserts. There's a really wide variety, so there's plenty for all tastes, even vegetarians. My family really liked this place as well, and we represent a really wide range of dining preferences.
The space is beautiful. It's huge, so you would think that it would be drafty or cold in the winter. But it's actually quite warm and cozy.
The servers are awesome as well. Really helpful, prompt; great service.
We had a really great meal here, and since it's in Edwards, you miss the horrid crowds and scene-y-ness of Vail. Excellent. Hopefully I'll be returning next ski season. -

great place to get mussels in CO! i have been twice - once in August and once in December, visiting the boyf's parents in 'rado.
they prepare their mussels a bunch of different styles, but my fav is the pan seared ones. if you get them as a meal, you get frites with them and it will be hard for you to stop eating those greasers, they go down so smooth with a great colorado brew.
great wait staff, cute place and a great breeze in the summer when they open up their back doors (get a table by them if you can) -

We had a great meal there. I had a wild mushroom pizza. My wife had a breaded chicken dish our friends had mussels.
