Thank you Frisco Limo!
We had bought a wine tour coupon for a company which will remain unnamed and from a coupon website which will also remain unnamed. It was a mess all around. The deal I bought was $312 for an 8-person, 8-hour limo tour. Too good to be true? Oh most definitely. According to the limo company, it was supposed to be $312 PER PERSON, and according to the coupon company, they hadn't heard from the limo company and the wine tour would go on as planned. I gave up with the both of them and filed a dispute with my credit card company and finally got my money back two months later.
So I had a group of 8 friends who were prepared to spend a day wine tasting with no transportation! Frisco Limo to the rescue! Their 9-person, 6-hour deal came out to $473, which was inclusive of tax and tip. Not as good as the original coupon, but let's keep in mind the original coupon deal never existed. So, a fantastic deal in and of itself!
George arrived ten minutes early, and we packed up the limo (picnic lunch in the trunk and mimosas for the ride up) and were on our way! He was very professional and accommodating all throughout the day. The limo is stocked with ice and waters (not sure if the waters were an extra surcharge, we had brought our own) and plenty of glasses. Also, you can hook up your mp3 player to the stereo system! Definitely a party limo :-)
Because of traffic we didn't return until 15-20 minutes after our 6 hour time limit, but there was no extra surcharge. I would definitely use Frisco Limo again and recommend them to all my wine-loving friends! -

I did my due diligence with rate checking across the SF Bay Area for a 9 person limo to Napa, and Frisco Limo delivered the lowest rate per hour after fees.
Professional service, highly recommended. -

We had a somewhat different encounter than most of the previous reviews. We booked service for 5 people to go to Sonoma/Napa for the day. Benson showed up and asked if we would use him next time for the airport (whaa??? Not a good greeting)-- not very friendly or welcoming, No music offered, none played, did have a few water bottles -nice touch. Cramped last row of a Yukon, by the end of the trip, my legs were kiiiing both me and the s/o-we are both 6' tall-somewhat unpleasant. Not to be overly picky but there weren't any headrests so if we had gotten rear-ended, hello neck injury. Didn't know anything about wine country as far as I could tell...we were looking for Gott's because the person at the winery told us to go there, Benson was asking us how to get there, when we got close he said, "Oh I go here all the time" (yet didn't know how to find it a mile from the winery that recommended it)...Benson seemed to enjoy coming in for the free snacks at the wineries and talking on his cell phone. It was a strange day.
Here comes the wierdest part/s(at least in my book).----at the end my s/o asked how many hours it was and what we owed him, asked him "what's customary for a tip" he said 15-20%, and my s/o said "ok", add 15% (being generous I think!)...he put 18% in his calculator!!!!!!
We had brought a lot of cash, but expecting we could put this $900 tab on a credit card,... he said "no credit card, it takes away from my commission"...so here we are counting out $900 on the tailgate of a suv in Jack London Square in the dark....very uncomfortable. We asked for his card, and it was very suspicious, with a different company name on it. I don't know if Frisco Limo contracts out, but this was what I call "being bamboozeled". I would not recommend this Limo company. -

Frisco Limo was amazing!! I rented a limo for my boyfriends birthday for a wine tasting trip in Sonoma. Our driver was Nick, he was awesome, arrived 15 minutes early, knew where we were going. He was very patient with us when we got a little rowdy at the end of the night. He went above and beyond duty, would carry our wine we bought to the limo and always found premium parking. I recommend Frisco Limo to anyone.
I also use them for trips to the airport, $45 flat rate fee (plus tip) always on time and worth it when you consider a taxi is $45 as well. -

Used Frisco Limo for a Napa Valley wine tour outing with my coworkers. I had called around a bunch of companies for quotes, and these guys gave the lowest price AND quoted me with the tip included (which is typically not the case). They gave us the cheapest quote for 9 people ($550 out the door for 8 hours) and were very friendly and professional over the phone.
On the day of, the limo driver was on time and very courteous. He even gave us a great tip on checking out a private winery! Of course, this did result in more drunkeness than expected, but hey, I have no complaints about the entire experience. :D
Awesome limo driver, cheap rates for a mid-sized group, and good service. If I ever plan another Napa trip, I'll look for them. -

I did an 8 hour Napa tour with Frisco Limo. It was fun...so why 3 stars?
Well, I reserved a 14 passenger limo over the phone. The person at Frisco asked if it would be a mixed crowd or only females (I can only assume that if we were all female, we could "fit" into a smaller car?) We were only 12 passengers in the end, 8 women, 4 men but good thing I told them we were mixed! With only 12, we barely fit in the car and we are all pretty small. If we would have added two more people, we would have been packed like sardines in a long tin can! The limo arrived a few minutes late (not a big deal) but was accommodating.to our schedule. Last rant: I booked over the phone but there was never any type of confirmation. Not a good feeling.
The goods: Alex was a really nice driver, not overly talkative but also not cold. I like how he didn't bust something like "The Rules" of the car. That always puts a damper on the spirits... The car was new and pretty clean. Price includes tax and tip.
Eh, A-ok. -

Overall, a really good limo service. A group of us were going barrel tasting in Healdsburg and after many calls to limo companies and trolling Craigslist for the best deal, we came upon Frisco Limo which was the best deal by far.
The glass is half-full:
- 10 person limo/8 hours/tip+gas+tolls=$550 (if paid in cash)
- It was a pretty new limo with a CD player and mini TVs. Very clean
- Stocked with ice and champagne glasses
- BJ was a very good/nice driver who understood that gas station stops 2x/hour are imperative when there are 7 drunk girls in the limo
- He brought us as close to the front of the wineries and was right there as soon as we called/told him we were ready to go to the next one
- Very nice over the phone, easy to book, and not sketchy like many other companies we called
The glass is half-empty:
- The "10 person limo" is a pretttty tight squeeze for 10 actual people. Lets just say we were pretty "well acquainted" by the end of the day
- No iPod hookup (we just brought mini speakers)
- Required cash for the low rate (minorly sketch)
- Tried to charge us for an extra 15 minutes even though we'd given him a pretty generous tip on top of the 'included tip'
All in all though, I would absolutely recommend this company and will be using them for my limo/party needs in the future. -

9 of my best girl friends piled into a Frisco Limo for a wine tasting tour for my Birthday, and I couldn't have been happier with the service.
I price-shopped pretty extensively before I booked - this was by FAR the least expensive. Theo was also very clearly well acquainted with the Napa/Sonoma area and wineries; he had great suggestions, answered my questions and didn't make me feel like a cheap fool when I emphasized my group's broke-assedness. He assured me that the driver "did this every day" and explained that our best bet was probably Sonoma, as Napa can get pricey. He guaranteed us 3 wineries with free tastings, a few more for under $10, and a super cheap/delicious lunch.
Details:
- 9 girls, 6 hours for $440; I was told that this included tip, but of course we tipped an additional $90 for the excellent service.
- The driver was exactly on time, called upon arrival and let us know when we needed to leave the last winery so we wouldn't run over time.
- Super clean, super nice limo (bring your iPod if you don't want to mess with radio stations)
- We brought our own brunch (including mimosas!)
- It's fully customizable and you can chose the wineries you want to hit or leave it up to them (as we did). They did a GREAT job, and we had a great time at all of the wineries we went to. The three free ones are Jacuzzi, Cline and Roche.
Ted, our driver, was fantastic. Patient and friendly, but didn't interfere or meddle. He somehow managed to magically appear the second we needed him, and every time we came back to the limo it was cleaner and restocked with ice.
Overall, a great day and fantastic service. -

I used Frisco Limo for a Sonoma Wine Tasting Trip with 8 of my favs. The stretch limo seated 9 of us comfortable, with room for just about 1 more.
Booking:
Theo helped me book my trip -- he was very nice and easy to work with. He gave me a very good deal (cheaper than all other bay area limo companies). Even though everything was verbal (no written confirmation), I felt comfortable that there would be a limo waiting for me on the day of. I called 2 days before the event to confirm and they had my reservation.
Driver:
BJ was our driver. He was curteous and on time. We arrived to our pick-up location about 10 minutes early and he was already there, waiting for us. He had my itinerary on hand and drove to each winery without a hitch. He put up with our LOUD noises and was nothing but all smiles the entire day. Everytime our group came out of the winery, he drove right up to the front and picked us up. Props to BJ and his professionalism!
Vehicle:
Limo was clean and new. It was stocked with ice and water, as well as wine/champagne glasses. There was a DVD player and the radio to keep us entertained. I was told that there'd be an IPOD connector on board but the vehicle that we got did not have it. It was okay, however, because everything else made up for the one small flaw.
Overall I'd highly recommend Frisco Limo for all your transportation needs. I'll be sure to use them again in the future! -

A group of us (9) booked a limo to tour Napa on a Saturday. Our driver was Sam. He was super accommodating and helpful. He picked us up on time and gave us a very reasonable rate when we asked to add on two more hours. No hidden fees or gimmicks. I like it.

The limo was prompt. Serge, our driver, was fantastic. We already had appointments but he steered us to Darioush which was great and we should have taken his advice on Crushpad. He had lots of knowledge of both the wine regions and of San Francisco in general. Excellent price as well
We will certainly use him next time. -

We used Frisco Limo the day of our wedding. They were great! Great! On time, very patient with our crowd, great clean limos, very friendly drivers. In fact, they went out of their way to meet our transportation needs.
They also offer airport service for around $60. Not a bad deal for a nice, comfortable ride in a limo. I highly recommend them. -

This was the best decision ever. Our daughter was getting married in Hawaii and we needed a bigger car to get us all to the airport. This company was early, helped with our bags, got us to the airport on time and then came and picked us up when we returned without ANY problem. AMAZING.
I know nothing about Napa/Sonoma. I had 6 friends coming from out of town and I'm trying to convince them to move here so I wanted them to have an amazing time. They sent me links about taking a tour bus to Napa but I knew that would be lame and we were on a tight schedule because of all they wanted to see. Money was also an issue because they traveled cross country and we're all 20 somethings.
This was a god send. SO cheap ($550 for 8 hours), baller limo that picked us up at the ferry building (so we had time to pick up delicious food for out picnic) and a driver who took a detour so we could get beautiful shots in front of the Golden Gate Bridge and knew just where to take us to cheap yet beautiful and delicious tastings. We spent around the same amount as a bus tour and got to leave and come back when we wanted to. Tourists asked to take pictures with us and in front of our limo. Baller status: Achieved.
Note: What the other reviews say is true. We had 8 people in a 10 person limo and it was packed. 100% worth it though. They were incredibly kind, thoughtful, professional, and attentive to all of our needs. Could not have been more perfect! -

Went on a Napa Valley/Sonoma Tour with these guys. A private 8-person limo for 8 hours + nonstop wine = good times.
The limo was new, clean, and very impressive. The driver arrived 20 minutes before our scheduled departure time, and was considerate of our requests for the different vineyards to go to.
We called about 4 or 5 limo companies for our trip, and these guys will probably provide the best bang for your buck. -

A group of 9 of us went up to Sonoma last weekend and we had an awesome experience with Frisco Limo. We paid $550 for 8 hours. When I called the morning of our trip, Theo said he was sending over an SUV limo at no extra charge to make sure we were all comfortable. Andy was our driver and was super nice. Even though he took some time to figure out where everything was, we were not charged for the extra hour. We turned the limo ride into a little party with mimosas and music, but Andy was never annoyed with us for being so loud. I would definitely recommend using Frisco Limo for a fantastic wine country experience!

I have ridden Frisco Limo five times from Santa Clara to SFO and back, and I will definitely ride with Frisco Limo again next time!
My positive experience with Frisco Limo has been very consistent. They always show up on time. Their cars are always clean and well-maintained -- a couple of times they even assigned a brand-new towncar or limousine to pick me up! This is in contrast to some other limo services I have used before. You could run into limo services that have old, smelly, dirty cars, and sometimes a car that reeks of cigarette smoke. I have ridden with Frisco Limo often enough to be certain that that sort of thing doesn't happen with Frisco Limo. I always get to ride in a new, clean, and well-maintained car. Talking about the pleasure riding on the 101 on a nice, smooth ride! You really get your money's worth.
The car is one great thing about Frisco Limo, and the driver is yet another plus! Ted has been my driver for 3 or 4 times, and he's everything one could look for in a perfect limo driver. He's dependable, friendly, and professional. At one time, when he dropped me off at the SFO curb, he also ran across the street and picked up a luggage cart for me. He could've just driven off -- his job was done, but by running across the street and getting me a luggage cart, he helped me take care of the heavy suitcases, and I also saved money for not having to pay for a cart off a machine. It was a small gesture, but it's a great demonstration of good service. Besides Ted, other drivers I've met with Frisco Limo are nice and professional, too.
Pricing-wise, Frisco Limo has a very reasonable rate. The price I pay covers everything (including the driver's tip), so it's straightforward, and you won't be surprised by any extra fees tacked on in the end. You don't have to worry about whether you've given them enough tipping -- everything's agreed upon and in one simple price. In addition, I've found that Frisco Limo charges much less than other limo services.
Overall, I have ridden often enough with Frisco Limo to know their quality of service has been very consistent, and the quality is top-notch. Ted has always been nice, punctual, resourceful, and professional, as well as other drivers. Their cars are clean and new. Their pricing is probably the lowest you can get, but then you'll get your money's worth. I'm very glad to have found Frisco Limo, and every time I go to SFO, I will definitely call Ted again.
I strongly recommend Frisco Limo. If you're in the South Bay and need to go to the airport, Frisco Limo could be cheaper than a taxi ride, and, unless you prefer a smelly taxicab and a rude taxi driver, who could look funny at you if you pay by credit card, Frisco Limo is your best bet! -

Excellent!
Theodore was our driver - a buddy and I wanted to go to the Phish show in Berkeley in style so we were picked up in the city and dropped off in Berkeley. Nice clean car.
The kicker...
About a half an hour after he dropped us off I realized I left my phone in the car . I called Theodore and he said, "yup, it;s right here". It turns out he was back in the city and consequently near my building. He then volunteered to drop it off with my building's doorman.
You don't get that from a cab!

Naim was our driver and amazing! My girlfriends and I rented for a fun day in Napa Valley, and fun we did have! He was very knowledgeable and suggested the BEST Places. Very professional, took great care of us and gave us a reasonable rate.

Surprised a friend visiting from Boston who had never been to the Napa wine country. I called several limo services and this one was by far the best priced and the most responsive. 5 of us enjoyed the day wine tasting in the Napa area. Sam our driver, was great, and quite patient with our group! We never had to call for him when we were finished at one winery and ready to move on to the next, as he was always right there for us. We went over on our time a bit and the charge for the extra time was VERY fair.. and we were never rushed. We will definatelty be using this company again!! Thank you Frisco Limo for showing my Boston friend the BEST 1st time Napa trip!!! She can't stop talking about it!!
