Upon arriving we asked for a table for 4. The hostess left and came back and said she had a booth for us. I said I wanted a table - with chairs... She left again and came back and said she could do that. Kind of an odd start.
We sat for about 15-20 minutes before being helped. The waitress brought us plastic utensils to eat with and took our food order. The food came out quickly and tasted really good.
The service - that left A LOT to be desired. No drink refills. No check-ins to see if we needed anything. When the bill came, I told our waitress I had some free entrees on my reward account. She took off the appetizer with the points I had and didn't apply the free entree coupons. She ran my card before confirming with me and said she needed the codes in order to use the free entree rewards on my account. Since the card was already ran she couldn't do anything. Lame.
Wish there were other TGI Fridays in the area. This one just doesn't cut it.

2272741112Nov 24, 2023I visit to Fridays maybe once a year and it's strictly for curbside pickup. I don't want to take my chances dining in as I've read other reviews and I think by now you have to know what you're getting yourself into, so curbside it is if I decide to order food.
I've always had my food ready to go the time I came to pick it up and it was hot and pretty good for Fridays. Now as I stated before you really don't want to dine in if you're going to come here because it more than likely won't be the experience you were hoping for but as far as carry out goes this place is pretty solid.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 0Business owner information

It's been a while since I have been to Fridays. My server April was amazing. Food came out hot and good. I was worried when I walked in but my skepticism quickly vanished once I sat down. Thanks for the exceptional service and experience.

Oct 27, 2023Previous reviewI believe I did a review on Fridays before might have been a deffrent location this was disgusting every thing I paid for was a mess over cooked soggy jasmine rice the chicken breast that was rubbery mac&cheese that was just cheese soup no noodles the spicy shrimp pasta with 3 shrimp and a bunch of noodles the only thing that could actually it was the fries I expect something to be done somebody needs to reach out to me asap because this is horrible they should be ashamed to serve this kind of food to a customers this is but far one of the worst experiences I've ever had in any restaurant do not go here take your kids and your family and run far far away don't look back at this garbage they call a restaurant save your money

Stood at the door for about 10 minutes. Not a Hello, Hi, we'll be with you in a second" or any form of greeting. Even if I were told it'll be 15-20 minutes that's better than not being acknowledged at all. The very 1st step in service. Very disappointing

There are only THREE locations left. This one must be on its way out too. During NFL playoffs, they didn't have cable, so they missed lots of money on that! Went in for Cinco de Mayo and ALL the lights in the restaurant were turned off except the bar! There was a note posted on the front door, the bar was open but it was CASH ONLY! Wait what??? So, maybe they're closing and trying to get rid of the liquor??
Anywho, I left along with 3 other folks that wanted to sit and eat. The place looked like the kitchen was closed. Just weird. I probably won't ever go back.
This spot would have been ideal for the Chick Fil A that's being built in the already congested area of Telegraph and 12 mile. The food is gross, and the crowd is scary! Even with the restaurant being across from the Southfield Police, this does not prevent people from acting ignorant! This place is more of a club with a DJ than a restaurant.
They actually ran out of clean dishes and glassware! Nope! Do NOT come here! I do not live too far, that I could patronize the place everyday, if I wanted to. Sadly, I drive out of my way and go anywhere but here!
Lastly, the management staff is the worse! I called their customer service to complain. Why does everyone think you want something for free??? you used to have a korean chili glaze that was great. this blackened "new"
salmon was awful. no flavor no spice not even a hint of flavor. I used to order the Korean chili glaze all
the time. why would you change something so good. I recommend this to people. Deanna C.Plano, TX05May 24, 2023I used to be a diehard Fridays fan. Traveling for work and feeling a little reminiscent, I decided to come in by myself for wings. Waiting for my food and someone really liked the song that was on because all of a sudden I'm not sure if I'm in a club or a sit down restaurant. Ridiculous how loud the music is. The wings are sub par at best. I get better ones at sam's club. Super disappointed in this visit.
