AMAZING! I had a quick "complexion" refresher (not a facial...) by Tara during spa week (just an intro to products).

I had a glow for days after their products and a few question that day on what I used on my face after they used some make-up products.

I HIGHLY recommend you go to the store place and ask them and test out all the products.... or just sit for a make-up consult too and you will be shocked! SUCH a great NATURAL, polished look... it stayed on for hours and I had compliments left and right about how great I looked.

Tara was NOT pushy with selling items, and very helpful. I was originally going to just leave after getting their lip color hydration stick (which I can't believed I lived without for so long), but 10 minutes later, on my own, added a face polish and cleanser since my cleanser from origins was almost finished.

I would suggest: Soy Cleanser, Soy exfoliator, and my absolute favorites... Sugar Face Polish and the Lip Treatment (plum color) ... I think once I have more money to spare, I'll get other makeup products since I saw what kind of effect it gave it my face.

I really am a new fanatic for Fresh products, and after using lancome, origins, l'occitaine --- this one is right up there with my favs!

I also called in for a sample of the umbrian clay that I read amazing reviews about and Tara is sending it overnight for me.

I think its very client-based and I definitely will just be calling in my products from the store.

Great experience. I needed a quick gift and decided to skip Sephora and head to the Fresh store. Sarina was working and quickly helped me out and offered to create a gift box for me mixed with soaps and other products. 15 minutes later - I was ready and set!

Their sugar body scrub is beyond amazing.  Their prices though also make you think you might as well just book a body scrub at a spa.  Not La Mer product pricey but pricey enough that you think about whether you can just experiment and make your own at home.

Definitely a luxury for those days when you need a little boost and don't have time to go in for a treatment.

Fresh is my new go to spot for facials because it's even a better deal than all those groupons, lifebookers, and spa weeks.  Yes, it's $125.00, but you get $125.00 worth of product with it!  So basically, it's like buying $125.00 worth of product here and getting a complimentary facial!  I had Ross for my facial.  He's hilarious and fun and spent an hour with me, explaining everything he was doing and applying tingly mask after tingly mask to my skin.  We chatted about everything.  Normally my facials are quiet and relaxing to soft music, but Ross was super talkative and we had a conversation the whole time--but I was fine with it!  I feel like if I wasn't, he would have sensed it and stopped.  What a sweetheart : )

For $125 I chose face wash, serum, moisturizer and a lip balm.  Not bad!  I really like all the products--they literally smell and feel 'fresh' and like cucumber.  The only thing is, I didn't notice a real change in my skin in the days after my facial, and normally I do.  But I was traveling internationally the very next day and the 10 hour plane ride probably interfered.  I'll be back to see Ross and stock up again soon!

Fresh is lovely. My favorite products are... any of the face masks, the lip balm, the soy face cleanser and the effervescent sugar cubes are soooo relaxing in your bath!

The spa services are definitely worth it, because if it's $125, you can get that much back in products. Love it!

    Oh. My. Goodness.

I walk in, ask where the fragrances are, and I'm offered a cup of tea?

Don't mind if I do! I have always loved Fresh ever since finding out how fabulous their soaps are as additions to presents.

This location has everything, from kind staff (ask for Jessica), full candle and hair care supply (unlike Sephora, and other beauty suppliers), and a great array of products.

I love their lip treatments- the plum only looks dark! it's sheer so you get a nice tint out of it :)

I also bought the Sugar Lychee perfume. Very light, and very feminine. 1oz at $32, it fit nicely for my grad student budget.

The BF is gonna get some "fresh" hugs and kisses this Valentine's Day.

    Much love to Fresh!

I am an absolute fan of Fresh, their products are amazing (even thought some of stuffs are a little pricey) and they last really long!!!

I love getting my facials done at this place, and I only ask for Ross when I go to the Soho store.  So far, I have gotten 2 complimentary facials (free), and they are amazing. For me, it usually lasts about an hour, and afterward my face feels as soft as a baby's butt.

    My most favorite Fresh products:
Brown Sugar Body Scrub- best body scrub ever, I love to use it during the winter time when my skin gets dry from the heat and cold; it ex-foliates, moisturizes and soothes my skin.

Citron De Vigne body wash and fragrance- the smell is absolutely alluring, girly but sophisticated at the same time.

Black Tea Instant Perfecting Mask- my skin feels fresh, rejuvenated, and super soft after leaving this stuff on for 10 mins.

Rose Marigold Floral Water-  it refreshes and tones my skin after hours of sitting in the office, and yes I spray this on top of my makeups.

Umbrian Clay Foundation- definitely can not live with out.. it's a foundation that protects, hydrates and minimizes acne (I use it as an spot treatment).

Fresh is having their spa week until April 20, 2008. Call and make an appointment for a facial!

Facials are $50! And that 50 bucks can be used towards Fresh products. So, you pretty much get your facial for free.

If you get Ross (a facialist), tell him he is fabulous.

Oh, don't forget to ask for samples on your way out.

    i loved fresh products.
eventhough , i still think there's sugar fragnance line are smell really similar to each other why having so many version of it?
    sugar,sugar lemon,brown sugar,sugar lychee

if you have a hard time pick one out, i would suggest to try sugar lychee and brown sugar
and avoid- sugar lemon.. it does smell a lil  bit like bathroom cleaner..

2 stars only for this spring st. location, i personally don't like this location despite the fact that its locate 1 block from my apt.
the staff's not friendly until they make sure you're there to purchase something.. i went there 3 times and each time having not so good experiences.

i prefer fresh on bleeker st. location- the sales staffs are much nicer.

Oh... I would give it 5 stars but for the mega expensive prices (1 oz of the wondrous Ancien Cream is $135!!). But wow - Fresh products truly do amaze me. Much of it is so perfectly crafted (the aforementioned Ancien cream is an ancient recipe, tweaked to include modern science, and still hand made in monasteries!), includes natural products (many are paraben free - a new thing I'm into), and takes into account of the wonders of nature (like soy, tea, rice).

If you spend $125 of products, you get a complimentary facial (so think of your products as costing the total sum LESS whatever you think the facial is worth) at this particular location (also their UES location). For spa "week", you only need buy $50 worth - but this month they expanded for the whole month due to popular demand!

The facial is merely good - no steam or extractions. This is not a full service kind of spa - just a place to use their products, which might be a worthy cause, since that is what you're here to see - how well their stuff works.  During mask time the facialist will massage your hands/arms/shoulders, and not disappear somewhere.

My facialist, Arianna, was gentle and great. My skin really  did glow when I left (again, thank you Ancien amazo cream!). I ended up buying $90 in products for my spa week treat (I consider my products being $40, since I woulda paid for a $50 facial no less!), and I scheduled one more before the month is out to make sure I get that sugar scrub. So Fresh truly is a spa week steal!

The products I will rave about: the soy cleanser ($38), the sugar scrub ($55), the Ancien ($135 for the 1oz jar - dang)!!!!, the rice oil (smells super) ($48).

I love this store, but I need more $$$ to buy me some Ancien!

The sales guy was also great - he remarked how the products I was drawn to were his top favorites too, and noticed my Ancien love and gave me a sample (probably worth $30 all things considering!).

Everyone is courteous, the store looks great, and the products really are quite amazing!

but the girl that helped me was very nice though :-)

As I sit in my room post-Spa-week facial glowing and room filled with sweet Sake scented aroma from one of my purchases, I cannot be happier with this Spaweek deal!

For those of you who uses Fresh products, this really is an awesome deal.  You receive an hour facial (using many many Fresh products, light neck/arm/hand massage) when you purchase $50 worth of products (normally $125).  If you were going to buy your scrub refill or mascara replacement, might as well get an hour of relaxation out of it.

Nicolette was extremely helpful and not pushy when it came with products.  I am usually not one to enjoy small talk during massages or manicures, but she made it very comfortable and not at all "awkward".  I can't wait to book my follow-up appointment (for the same $50 deal).

Enjoy everyone!  This space is extremely soho-beautiful... I really enjoyed myself today.

I love fresh...have been using their product for almost a decade -- fell in love with their Newbury Street shop in Boston and then the NYC SoHo store.

I love the facialists and makeup artists there, but now, I only shop via their website, Sephora, or when I'm in Union Square because the (I think) manager (tall guy, ridiculous hair) of the SoHo store is such a tool.

He's condescending and a greasy salesman...and I really really really dislike the way he treats me every time I go in there.  I mean, when you're dropping $200 on two products, you expect a certain level of sophisticated, thoughtful salesperson.  He's just condescending. So...sadly, I am no longer a SoHo Fresh shopper.

5 stars for the product (and the Union Square store!), but 2 for the jerk in SoHo.

Went in for a spa week facial- basically you get the facial, and then a $50 product credit, so it's like getting the facial for free. The products are amazing (I really liked the rose mask and the sugar balm) and the employees are really nice. Products are quite pricey though, but so far my skin looks really nice- mission accomplished!

I love Fresh's products but I just realized that I cannot return items if purchased in one of their stores, thus I suggest shopping at Sephora or another in-store distributer.

The Spring Street store has aggressive sales people who aren't all bad but that said, may have some issues with working in a small store such as the one that's on Spring St. The facialist kept saying that I didn't look my age and apologized repeatedly for implying that I had oily skin.

Definitely not the most hurried experience I've had, but close. We tried 10-12 products in 25 minutes or less. Whatever.  I love the High Noon Freshface Glow and will never give up their $19 Sugar deorderant...

It smells so good in here.  And the staff are really friendly, if busy and distracted.  And the displays are so eye-catching.  And man, it smells good.  And are they really selling 3.4 ounce bottles of such lovely eau de parfum for only $75?

Great products, good prices, friendly staff, pretty layout.  What on earth are you waiting for?  Fresh has everything and if you don't smell like a deity by the time you leave you must live in a trash can or something.  Just go.

Rows of pretty products that make you wish you could afford them all!

I took advantage of the SpaWeek deal, which is buy $50 worth of product and receive a complimentary facial.  This is a great deal if you intend to buy almost anything at the store!  The facial isn't a full on spa facial- no steaming or extractions, and lasts about 35-40 minutes- but it did include cleansing, exfoliation, 2 masks, and moisturizing, as well as arm and neck massage.  Fresh actual extends this offer for the entire month.

The staff was very friendly. Deciding what product to buy was the hard part!  The girl who did my facial talked me through all the products she used but wasn't pushy about me buying them and even gave me some free samples of the ones I didn't choose.

Great products that make me want to buy the whole store! Of course I don't have that kind of money to do it so I have to narrow down my choices - brown sugar lip treatment, soy facial cleanser and brown sugar body cream.

I came here for a facial during Spa Week and their deal is amazing! You spend $50 on their products and you receive a free facial that is ultra nourishing and make your skin so tender and glowing!

They don't have a typical Spa setup and plays funny music in the background lol but it doesn't stop you from receiving a very nice treatment. I was totally happy with my facial (By Melissa, she is a sweetheart) and wish I could purchase their Anciene Cream and Serum! (Maybe for xmas!!!!) because together they cost $500!

Everything here smells and feels great though despite their price. Definitely coming back for more!

I love just walking into a Fresh boutique and taking a nice big breath.  Everything smells so ...well, fresh and citrusy.  Staff here are also really friendly and approachable and genuinely seem to love the product as much as I do.  Some stuff feels a little over-priced to me, but overall it's worth it.  The make up here is light and easy on my skin, and can even survive and light to moderate work out which is impressive.

This truly is a remarkable line of products. I love the fragrances (citron de vigne, sugar lychee, cucumber, pink jasmie) - they last, too!

The skincare is amazing. I am a huge fan of the tried and true umbrian clay bars. I actually started using Fresh when they made that umbrian clay toothpaste and shampoo - good times!!! These were amazing.

I cannot be without the Rose mask, brown sugar body scrub, sugar lip balm (addicted to that one), and the new black tea face mask.

I love love love the rice body oil and the sake bath - real treats.

I also think they have some of the best candles around (especially the Sake one) - they make fantastic gifts.

This is a review for their Facial.  I do like their products!  They put me in the room, but then forgot about me after that for at least 15 minutes!  The facial itself was nice and relaxing.  After, I was trying to get help selecting products but they were clearly understaffed and didn't pay much attention to me except for when of course I had to pay. Wasn't crazy about the service.

I came here for a spa week facial and it was alright. The room they take you to in the back is ultra relaxing and lit with candle. One of the downsides was I still had to wait 20 minutes even though I came to my appointment on time. I was debating whether to just cancel the session but they were finally ready for me and I figured I had already waited this long so I might as well just get the facial. I'm glad I stayed though because I got to sample a whole range of Fresh products. The person doing the facial asked me what I was interested in and customized the session so that I got to try something from all the different lines. I was slightly disappointed that they used cotton pads to do the facial. I'm sure it's more hygienic but it felt odd. Also the person doing the facial tried her best but it definitely felt like she was new to this. I loved the fact that I got to get some of the products she tried on my skin but I was definitely pressured by her and another salesperson to purchase an additional product in addition to the two I had already decided to buy. I had to find four different ways to nicely decline and say I wanted to try these products first and that I already had full bottles of what they wanted me to purchase at home. The just stopped talking after my forth no. If they were a bit less pressuring with the sales pitch I would probably come back to purchase my Fresh products, but for now I'll probably stick to Sephora.
